He shook his head. "No i haven't what's it about? I read lots of Muggle books. I like Shakespeare and stuff about magic and gods. It's interesting to see magic through the eyes of people who don't have any." He started to finger notes ont he guitar, and disgustedly put it down. The Itch was gone.

Re: Shallows at the Lake
[You haven't! Omg, it's like my favorite book. It's how George Orwell thought life would be like in 1984. It's really messed up, like people couldn't have sex, they had these camera things in their houses that watched every single thing they did, and if you broke the rules you were tortured and stuff. It's amazing!]
"It's about what this guy thought the year 1984 would be like; invasions on privacy, dictatorship, torture..." Trent fumbles with the book mumbling to himself when Raksha talked about people who didn't have any magic "I wish I didn't have any..."

"Magic? Wow, i love magic. It's the only redeamign quality about my family and the blood we share." He grimaced, his nose wrinkling like a puppy that smelled something icky.

[-tries not to hiss at the water because he's a WOLFY and Wolfies don't hiss-]
Raksha smiled, his bright whites lighting up the Shallows. "You and i have soemthing in common, somewhat. I have soemthign about me that i can't change, that i hate too."

Re: Shallows at the Lake
Raksha felt uncomfortable, and he shifted and fidgeted. "Well..i have a condition...kinda of like an illness and it's not very good. I hate it but i can't change it." he started realising how utterly childish he sounded as he continued to babble. "And well, i mean i try to live with it and think happyface things because happy is good and trying to hate what i don't like isn't going to fix anything is it?"

He paused. "Not that i know of. I'm sure if i was i'd be like, bright fuscha or something at the moment. Metamorphomagus or Animagus would be greatly prefferable to...what i have."

[*flails* Remus would be freaking out right now, if he was in Raksha's place. Since he's afraid of people finding out about his condition and hating him for it.]

[Well Raksha is innocent, he's used to people knowing since his whole fanatic family does >.> ..he knows they'll hate him most likely but he's so loveably loveable]
Raksha twitched when Trent said 'wolf'. "Yeah, i'm sure that could be cool..maybe." inside he was freaking out and running around in circles. Not chasing his tail...he did that other times...

Re: Shallows at the Lake
Rashka visibly twitched again. "Ummm...you're not gonna like....freak out and tell people and ruin my life forever and ever abd ever and ever and make it so everyone here hates me for as long as all those evers are added up? And be like, 'Oh, Raksha that's so bad' or 'Wow that's morbidly cool i guess.' or 'wow, no biggy i mean it's not like there aren't any other cool people with that.' ?"

In one breath Rashka deflated. "Oh that's good. I'm a werewolf. Almost my entire family are wolves. If they aren't Weres they're animagi that are wolves or wofly like creatures. It's quite the fanatical thing...like that one episode of Dr. Who."

Re: Shallows at the Lake
Trent pauses for a minute then perfectly recites word for word the definition of Werewolf in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them "The werewolf is found worldwide, though it’s believed to have originated in Northern Europe. Humans turn into werewolves only when bitten. There is no known cure, though recent developments in potion-making have to a great extent alleviated the worst symptoms. Once a month at the full moon, the otherwise sane and normal wizard or Muggle afflicted transforms into a murderous beast. Almost uniquely among fantastic creatures, the werewolf actively seeks humans in preference to any other kind of prey." He then took a minute to think about what he just said "So does that mean one of your own family members bit you?"
