I try to once a week.
I'm a habitual meditator. LOL. which is apparently spelled correctly..or my spellchecks' on drugs. either way.

I listen to that sort of stuff when I can't get to sleep cause it tends to help, or when I'm really upset and don't feel like listening to uber loud music, which is what I normally do when I'm upset.
