OMR Bwahaha awesome! *flails* Kingsley is grumbling because he's too tall to stand behind any of those things...except for maybe the triangle in the middle. But that totally gives Molly the advantage so it's fine. *nods* Kings says she'll need all the help she can get because he's totally going to win this. Uh oh, competitive streak coming out. Hehe.

Molly just smirked and offered to wear a bright yellow vest to help Kingsley out - he won't even see her otherwise. Oh boy. This will get interesting...



Molly, who has held Kingsley's hand and chattered for the entire long walk from the castle to Hogsmeade, let's say, stops when they reach their destination and grins expectantly up at Kingsley. "Well?" she demands brightly. "Whaddaya think!? This is going to be, like, so much fun, right? But you know I'm totally gonna win," she adds, matter-of-fact.

Kingsley was more than happy to listen to Molly chatter for the entire long walk. He can't help but grin when they finally reach their destination. "Wow, Molly. This is awesome! You really think you're going to win though, huh?" He chuckled. "We'll see about that."

Molly smirks. "Don't tell me you think you've got a shot here? You know you have to, like, catch me first," she giggles as she buys two bags full of paintballs and they get charms cast on their faces to stop paint getting anywhere where it could do some damage. They don't worry about their clothes because, you know, cleaning charms, and they'll look so adorable all splattered with paint! Handing Kingsley his bag of ammunition, and slipping her own on so it rests across her body, Molly steps up to face him with a cocky grin.
"Ready?" she says, but does not wait for a response. "OnetwothreeGO!" she grabs a paintball, splatters it against his chest, and takes off for the nearest square block for cover, giggling manically.

[Inner!Fabian has awoken. All it takes is one of his little sisters dating and BAM. Overprotective.

HE WOULD LIKE KINGSLEY TO KNOW THAT HE WILL BE DESTROYED IF THERE IS A SINGLE WELT, BRUISE, CUT, SCRAPE, OR ANY SORT OF MARKING ON MOLLY.
AND DON'T THINK THAT FABIAN CAN'T TAKE KINGSLEY BECAUSE HE'S KINGSLEY AND THIS IS ONLY FABIAN THAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT.
HE KNOWS A GUY.
SEVERAL GUYS.
AND FABIAN'S NAILS CAN TOTALLY BE SHARPENED INTO CLAWS. AND NAIL POLISH IS HARMFUL WHEN SWALLOWED. AND HE HAS BATTLE HEELS. AND PURSES MADE OF DURABLE THINGS, SO THAT THEY CAN HOLD TEXTBOOKS, BRICKS, AND OTHER SUCH THINGS. AND HE KNOWS WHERE HE CAN ACQUIRE A PINK MACE, SO THAT IS JUST AS WELL.

Inner!Remus and Polly are like...terrified of Fabian's threat to Kingsley...Kingsley isn't scared one bit. He already plans on being careful. *nods*

Kingsley shakes his head, sure that he has a good shot at winning, and takes the bag of ammunition from her, putting it on so he's ready to start. He's about to reply to her question of 'ready' when she suddenly hits him right against the chest with a paintball. "Oh, think you're so clever huh?" Kingsley grins as she runs off giggling and hiding. He takes off to the right and crouches down to hide so he can jump out and get revenge when she least expects it.

"Yeah, I know I am," Molly calls back from her cover, laughing. Then she stamps down on her giggles, biting her tongue a little to stem them, and starts creeping around the side of the big cover thingy, cautiously peeking and searching because Kingsley has gone awfully quiet, and seems to have disappeared. She glances around, but sees no threat, so she takes off for the big triangle on light, attempted-silent feet.

Kingsley keeps perfectly still and quiet, waiting to see if Molly comes around the corner. A slight noise alerts him to her nearing presence and he prepares to jump out after allowing her time to get a bit closer. After a few seconds pass he jumps out, practically right in front of her and gets her right in the stomach with a paintball. "Got you!" He grins, laughing, and runs off to hide again.

Molly lets out a short shriek of surprise at Kingsley's very sudden appearance, which quickly turns to laughter as bright yellow paint splatters across her stomach. "Oh now you're, like, totally in for it!" she yells, and quickly pegs two more paintballs after him. The first hits the back of his shoulder, but the second sails uselessly by and explodes on the ground as he ducks behind his next cover. Silly Molly, wasting her ammo like that. Deciding subtlety is not really her style, she goes for the 'CHARGE!' approach. She takes off running after him, unleashing a paintball barrage the moment she spots him.

*AS KINGSLEY*

Kingsley laughs as the paintball hits his shoulder and turns in surprise as Molly decides she's just going to charge him. Laughing, he dodges a second paintball and throws several in quick succession at her, only really noticing the one that hits her leg, then he takes off to the left. He runs off and dives behind another cover thingy.

Molly squeals as the paintball explodes on her thigh, stumbling slightly. She recovers quickly, though, despite her constant laughter, and gives chase. She hits the opposite side of the same big foam thingy Kingsley's using as cover [OMG I love our technical terminology!] with a little 'oof', not bothering to even attempt quietness, because the constant giggles are a bit of a giveaway anyway. She grabs two paintballs from her supply - oops, she's getting low, she must've used more in her little barrage than she'd intended - and holds one in each hand, at the ready. Finally she inches around to Kingsley's side of the barrier, grinning brightly at him as he crouches behind the cover, laying in wait. "Hi!" she grins brightly.
SPLAT! SPLAT! One paintball for each shoulder, where they splatter and droplets begin to ooze and drip down his body.
"Bye!" she chirps, turning to run.

Kingsley can't help but laugh because he can tell she's not even bothering with being quiet. He feels her run into the foam thingy he's hiding behind [haha our technical terminology is brilliant XD] and gets one paintball ready in each hand. He grins as she edges around the side of the barrier and gets him on each shoulder with a paintball. As she turns to run he jumps up and quickly lunges forward, squeezing the paintballs in his hands causing them to burst open over her head. Paint splatters all over her hair, some of it even running down her nose. Kingsley's hands are coated in paint and he laughs when the paint splatters on him too. "Well, that didn't go as completely as planned."

[no worries! *dances because I LOVE MOSLEY SO MUCH!*] [sorry it took so long - my fucking mother called and wouldn't shut up!!!!!]

Molly freezes, gasping as the cold, gluggy paint oozes over her head, coating her hair and trickling down her nose, which is now wrinkled against the sensation. "OhmyGod!" She glares at Kingsley from behind a curtain of painted hair, and steps up close to him. "You are, like, so gonna regret that," she informs him, her lips falling into a smirk. She reaches into his bag to steal some of his supplies before he can stop her, emerging with a bright blue paintball. She splats it against his biceps, much like she had done to his chest to begin the game, and then reaches up with her paint-covered hand. Her little hand doesn't cover too much of his face, but by the time she's done, there's a quite a lot of blue smeared down his nose and over his cheeks. "Blue is totally your colour, Braveheart," she giggles.

Kingsley laughs at her threat because he's having too much fun to regret getting paint all over her hair; plus he's figured there's no way to really escape getting covered in paint so when she grabs a blue paintball and splats it against him then rubs paint all over his face, he stands there and lets her do it. "Blue, huh? Good thing I like that color." Grinning, he gets a brown and a green paintball and adds that to Molly's paint attire. "Earthy colors look quite good on you, you know. And we're definitely going to have fun getting this all off."

Molly giggles, figuring they're both too far gone, too covered in paint to really worry anymore when he covers her in the green and brown paint. She reaches up and examines a strand of her hair, which is covered in yellow paint. "Well now I can take a guess as to what I'd look like as a blonde," she says with a shrug. "Oh, earthy tones, you reckon? Well, let's see if they suit you as much," she laughs and tacklehugs him so that he's covered in the paint already on her. Of course, she's now covered in the paint that was on him, too. She giggles some more, wiping her face off on the only clean patch left on his shirt. Oh. It's not clean anymore...
"Is there, like, an instruction sheet for this game or something? Because I totally get the feeling we're not playing it right..." Then she shrugs. "Oh well, I'm having fun. Are you having fun?" she checks, because he's laughing a lot and he looks like he is, but she wants to be sure.
