Reed smiles. "Yeah, it makes sense. I guess I don't see bees the same way you do, but I think it's great that you have something that you love so much." He grinned widely at the older boy. "Well. I'm an only child. My mom has a sister that has three kids. My dad is an only child too. So it's a rather small." He shrugged, he liked his small family. "Okay, here's a simple one. What's your favorite color?"

"Voah...sometimes I vish my family vos that small. Half the time I can't remember everyvons names." he grinned sheepishly. "Favorite color, huh? That is simple. Yellow. Though black is definitely runner up. And I'm not just saying that cause it's our house colors, I've honestly liked those colors for ages." he laughed. The waitress returned with their food, which were some yummy looking salads with grilled chicken and of course lots of veggies. She had also brought Reed another drink. "Oh, this looks great. Thank you very much." he smiled brightly up at her, causing a slight blush to rise to her face. Kras was starting to wonder how in the world he was supposed to turn down all the charmingness - so he wouldn't have to worry about dazzling people, like this lady, all the time - when it was how he always was. There wasn't really a dimmer switch for his brightness. It just was. Even when he was having a bad day he still acted cheerful and his usual self. Ah well.

"Wow, I can't imagine a family that big!" Reed giggled when Kras said his favorite colors. "I should have guessed that, seeing as you have an obsession with bees. Ooooo!" His eyes went wide when he saw their food. "This looks amazing! Thank you!" He realized the waitress paid him no attention so he laughed some more and took a bite of his salad. "Mmm, this is really good. And one of my favorite things to eat." Reed smiled over at Kras, marveling at how it felt so natural to be around the older boy and how Reed could just be himself.

The waitress has wandered off again but Kras hasn't really noticed, cause, besides just to say thanks and all, his attention has still mostly just been focused on Reed. "Vell," he laughed, "there goes von of my next questions. I vos going to ask you vot von of your most favorite things to eat vos, besides those cookies I make," he grinned, "but now I'll think of something else." He took a bite of salad and thought for a minute. "Hm, vot's von of the craziest things you've ever done?"

Reed blushed. "Well, I'm usually a pretty tame person. But there was this one time when I was littler. Like, ten. One of my mum's friends had twins that were the same age as me. We became pretty good friends when we were all living in Paris. Well, the twins liked to play pranks, and they got me involved in one once. It was fashion week, which is sort of a huge deal." He paused and took another bite. "Well, since our parents were busy working for the show. they didn't pay too much attention to us. And we thought it would be funny if we switched some stuff around. So we switched out pieces from the Dolce collection and put them in the Prada collection." Reed burst out into laughter. Yes, what a crazy thing. "Oh, you should have seen the designers faces! But I had never been in so much trouble, and mom wouldn't leave me alone with the twins anymore." He giggled some more and took another bite of his salad. He chewed thoughtfully as he thought of a question. "What's your absolute favorite thing to do when you are bored?"

Kras burst out laughing. "That's hilarious! I can only imagine their expressions." he shook his head, grinning, as he took another bite of salad. "Hm, and vell, vhen I'm alone and bored I like to go out and find new people to meet. It's fun. If I'm bored and vith somevon then I try to think of something fun ve can do. On some occasions though I really like to just be lazy and lay about and read. Let's see...how about, vot's your most favorite holiday?"

Reed smiled. "Easy. Christmas." He giggled and shot Kras a quick smiled before returning his gaze to his food. He really did have trouble keeping his eyes off his companion. "Ummm." Reed blushed a little as he thought of his next question. "How many, um, significant others have you had?" He had no clue why he was embarrassed to ask, because it seemed a perfectly normal question to ask. Reed figured he may have been a little nervous to hear the response sine he felt so...unexperienced.

"Christmas?" Kras laughed, trying not to just reach over and hug Reed again. The boy was just too adorable. "That vould definitely be von of my top favorites as vell, next to Halloveen that is. I love that holiday." He reddened slightly at Reed's question. "None actually. If...if ve vould be together then you'd be my first." And Kras really liked the idea of them being together, but right now he didn't really know what to classify them as. Just friends right now, right? He didn't know. Obviously they both knew that they both had feelings for each other, but they hadn't really gotten past that point, had they? It wasn't exactly clear yet. "But since ve're supposed to be truthful and all, I...I have actually been, er, intimate vith von person." It was sort of awkward to mention, but he figured Reed should at least know. Not all the details of course, just that it had happened. "Er..yeah." he was slightly embarrassed now and figured he'd just move on with another question. "Do you have any pet peeves?"

Reed's eyes widen in shock. "Really? You've never been with anyone before either? I'm kind of in shock." Then Reed blushed when Kras went further in the question and mentioned he had been intimate. His face was extremely hot and he mumbled something about how he had never even been kissed before. Then he cleared his throat loudly and fully intended to ignore what he mumbled. "Um, pet peeves. Hmmm. I don't know if it really counts, but I hate when people are mean. It's stupid." The way he said it was a little childish, but he was just annoyed by bullies. "And if that doesn't count, um... Probably when I have to repeat myself more than twice. I just get annoyed." He shrugged. "What was the first like, magical thing you did when you were younger? Before school."

"Vell...honestly I never paid attention to being in relationships until this year. I vos alvays sort of oblivious to that sort of thing." He reddened quite a bit remembering how Sirius had reacted when he'd found out that Kras had never even really seen a naked female before and had decided to show him pictures...which had led to their slightly drunken intimate counter on that couch. Yeah, he wasn't going to be telling Reed any of those details. Nope. Not at all. Kras heard Reed's mumbling about never having been kissed before but didn't say anything because the younger boy had cleared his throat loudly and had continued on, trying to pave over it. Kras wasn't going to let that comment go though. By the end of their outing he was determined to give Reed his first kiss...hopefully. Of course he'd probably ask for permission first, just because he didn't want to force himself upon the younger boy, but if Reed didn't object then Kras was going for it. Besides, there was something exciting about being someone's first kiss too. "Hm, your first von counts. I hate vhen people are mean too. It's so unnecessary." he flailed. "And I'll have to make sure I'm paying attention all the time so you don't have to repeat yourself." he chuckled, a mischievous look in his eye. "So...vot vos your question again?" he laughed. "I'm just kidding. If I can recall correctly, the first magical thing I did was set fire to my aunt's hydrangea bushes. Purely accidental, of course, but my aunt vosn't too thrilled about it. Vot's the first thing you notice about somevon vhen you first see them?"

Reed was extremely relieved when Kras either didn't hear what Reed had mumbled, or if he just chose not to say anything. Either way, Reed was grateful. No where in his innocent mind did he even imagine that Kras would even consider kissing him. Poor little guy. "Oooh, that is bad! But it's not like it's your fault. That sort of thing just happens." Then Reed thought about how he wanted to answer. "Well, the eyes. They're like the windows to the soul right? I think you can tell a lot about a person just by looking deep into their eyes. Some people may think they are good at hiding their emotions, but if you really stare into the eyes, you can see practically anything. And that's one of the hardest things for me to paint. I'm getting better though, through studying. It's actually made me really good at reading people." Reed nodded enthusiastically as he took another bite. "Umm, do you have any siblings? I know you said you had a large family..."

[Hehe...Kras wanted to kiss him then...but I told him to be patient. XD]

"That sounds lovely, actually. I'm generally good at reading people, besides ven I'm having von of my oblivious moments, but I bet it vould be even easier to read somevon if you looked into their eyes." And of course then he had to resist staring into Reed's eyes because he'd probably just keep staring and then they wouldn't get anywhere. Kras shook his head at Reed's question. "I'm an only child, though I've alvays vanted a younger sibling. I've alvays thought I'd make a great older brother." he shrugged. "My mother has two sisters who both have a few kids so I have several cousins on that side, and then my father has a brother and three sisters and they all have a bunch of kids as vell. And then of course any of the husbands or wives of my aunts and uncles, vell, they have their own siblings with kids so it's just a lot of kids around venever ve have family reunions. A lot of them are younger too so I get to take care of them vhich is a lot of fun. It is kind of scary though ven a mob of ten year olds jump you vithout varning as soon as you get out of a car. Loud and scary, but fun." he laughed. "Let's see.." he took another bite of salad, thinking about another question, "oh, if you had to change your name, vot vould you change it to?"

"I bet you would have been a great older brother. You've certainly got a protective quality to you. And hey, if we're going to be hanging out a lot, then you'll have your hands full looking after me." Reed giggled some more and took his last bite of salad. "You are really good at these questions. Hmm, what name would I chose for myself. Well, I like the name Tristan and I like the name Aiden, so maybe one of those?" Reed actually rather liked his name, so it was hard to chose. "Are you afraid of anything?" Reed took a long drink of his beverage, realizing he hadn't had any of his refill.

"Aw, thanks." Kras flailed happily. "And I don't mind looking after you von bit, so you'll definitely have to get used to it." he thought about Reed's name choices. "Huh...I really like Aiden. That's a nice name, but I like 'Reed' even more." he grinned, finishing up his own salad. His face fell slightly, paling a bit, at Reed's next question. Kras didn't like talking about what he was afraid of. It was the thing of which he didn't talk about, mostly because of the thing it reminded him of, which was something else he really didn't want to think about. That was a bad, unpleasant day. But he had to answer truthfully, that was the rule and Kras always tried to follow the rules. "Um, being alone." he replied lightly, his voice somewhat faint, distant. He tried to quickly think of a question to move on from the uncomfortable topic. "What's von of your most favorite magical creatures?"

Reed frowned as he sensed an uneasiness in Kras. Clearly, there was more to the story then he wanted to let on. But Reed wouldn't push it, if Kras wanted to talk about it sometime, then Reed would listen. He felt a little bad for asking, and wanted to let Kras know that he would always be there for him. He didn't really know quite how to say it, so he settled for placing his hand on top of Kras' much bigger one and gave him a smile. He kept his hand there as he answered his question. "Pygmy Puffs. They are adorable." Reed giggled a little. "Quick pause. Um but you can let me know if you like wanna go, or if you are sick of the twenty questions." He removed his hand from Kras' and placed it back in his lap.

Kras smiled softly as he felt Reed's hand on his. It made him feel much better. And he was glad that Reed had decided not to press the topic and ask about his answer. Eventually, some day, he would explain, but he wasn't ready to just yet. He chuckled a bit when Reed replied to his question with pygmy puffs. "Those are rather adorable. And I'm ready to go venever you are. Ve can continue the game as ve valk about." He smiled. The waitress came back, seeing that they were finished, and asked if they'd enjoyed everything. "Oh yes, thank you. And you've been such a help, ve really appreciate it." he smiled brightly up at her, any trace of the uneasiness and nervousness from before gone from his voice and expression. He handed her some money to pay for their meal, plus a tip for being so helpful. She looked like she was going to say something to him but then thought better of it and thanked them before turning to walk off. "So, how about it? Ready to valk about a bit more?"

Reed definitely noticed that the waitress was about to ask Kras if he wanted to go out with her sometime. He broke into a fit of giggles. "I really think she's in love." He giggled some more and started getting up. He grabbed a handful of candy from his bag and arranged it into a heart on the table, hopefully making the waitress have a good night. How could you not be happy after getting free candy. "Okay. Let's go somewhere else then. Thanks for dinner! Oh, right I guess it's my turn to ask. Um, what is your favorite thing about being a wizard?"

Kras blushed at Reed's comment, getting up and shrugging. "I really hope it's not too much of a let down that I'm not planning on returning her interest. She vos pretty, but I know somevon else who's even better looking." he winked at Reed. He watched as Reed made the candy heart on the table and then he pulled the younger boy close in a tight hug. "You're sweet, you know that? Alright, let's get out of here." He took Reed's hand in his and led the way to the door, answering Reed's question as he went. "I don't know if I have a number von favorite thing, but I'd have to say that it is nice being able to easily fix things that break and being able to learn quick and easy transport. Apparating somewhere is so much faster than taking a car or plane or votever. My turn, let's see...if you could turn into an animal vhich von vould you choose?"

Reed blushes when he is pulled into a hug unexpectedly and even more when Kras winked at him. "Oh. Um. Well, I like sharing I guess." Reed carefully watched his steps so he didn't fall and cause another commotion. "Ooooo, you can apparate? What's it like? Is it hard to learn? Have you ever splinched?" Reed winced. "Oh! That's not my question though! Umm answer. Let's see. Probably something that could fly. Like a bird. Yeah." They stepped out of the pub and Reed looked around as he thought of his next question. "Um, how did you learn to make those cookies?" Reed giggled a little and looked down both directions of the street, not sure where to go.

[I'm kind of gonna be off and on for a while. Not sure if I'll be on tonight or not, friends are trying to get me to go out, but it's out of town and I don't know if I want to drive.]

Draco was sitting downstairs waiting for her when she came down. He stood up when she walked over and smiled. "You look great. Ready to go?" He had liked spending time with her this past week, still no where near back to where they were but he had to admit he had missed this. Talking to her and just keeping each other company. Walking out of the castle they headed down to the three broomsticks where Pansy can post.

Sitting downstairs waiting on her? What a gentleman to not have her waiting on him. She smiled and thanked him, following him out of the common room and toward Hogsmeade. Once on the main street, they headed toward the Three Broomsticks and slipped inside, letting the door shut behind them as they searched for a seat. Pansy followed Draco over toward a table off to the side, away from where most of the louder people and obnoxious fourth years were eating.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco sat down and looked back at the obnoxious fourth years, one of whom had a straw up his nose. "Merlin were we ever that loud?" Honestly he couldn't imagine any slytherins acting that way and assumed the miscreants had to be Gryffindors or Hufflepuffs. He had to laugh as the aforementioned straw snorter fell backwards off his chair. "Idiots." He turned back to her and shook his head, "So how were your classes today? I didn't see you after potions."

[Pansy Parkinson-Malfoy]

Pansy rolled her eyes, but smiled at him and nodded. "Probably. We just kept it contained in the common room, I think. And anyway, the older ones made sure we didn't make too much of fools of ourselves in there." She looked away from the loudmouths, meeting Draco's gaze as he turned back to her as well. "They were alright. Arithmancy's about to drive me mad, but that's as normal as ever. I still say if you're no good at it, you ought not be allowed to take it, but unfortunately Professor Vector doesn't apply the same rules about getting O's on OWLs to take his NEWT level class."

Draco shook his head with amusement, "Yeah I don't think the upper years would have let us disgrace the house like that." When she said that arithmancy was driving her mad he laughed lightly, "Still bored witless then I take it? And I take the same opinion of potions. Especially those people who take the class, didn't do well on the OWL and still insist upon taking up classroom space." He shook his head, always annoyed by the stupid Gryffindors who wasted the ingredients and never seemed to manage to make a successful potion anyway.

[Pansy Parkinson-Malfoy]

"Yeah. Concepts that should take twenty minutes take two days because Vector is too nice to let anyone fail if he can help it at all." She shook her hand, taking a menu as it was held up to her once a waiter had finally come over. She smiled at him lightly and opened up her menu, trying to pick something out to eat. Finally she decided she would try some cornish pasties, so she sat her menu down and glanced over at Draco to see what he was looking at. She'd bet money on it being something with a lot of meat, and potentially a mountain of potatoes in some form or another.
