Banning of Suspect Accounts

Notice to all users, for your information:
Due to recent bullying activity on the forum (not by active forum members, but by trolls and real life tormentors of members), for the next little while, any new accounts created may be banned if I (or any other member of the Moderator and Admin team) suspect that the account is not a legitimate attempt to join the AWF community. Any account created but not posted from within three days (especially those with account names that do not relate to HP in the slightest) will be banned with no warning.
This will continue until we see fit.
