Pride & Prejudice - the BBC version
Please tell me I'm not the only person here who loves this?
No matter how many times I see it, I can't help but fall in love with it all over again...

Re: Pride & Prejudice - the BBC version
OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS VERSION OF PRIDE AND PREJUDICE SO MUCH.
I watched it during their Jane Austen marathon and I also saw Mansfield Park with Billie Piper because I loved Mansfield Park by Jane Austen and wanted to see the movie.
But then we watched Pride and Prejudice and...I kind of loved it. I don't like the other Pride and Prejudice as much mainly because the BBC version was just better in my opinion. <3
But yeah, I love this version of P&P with ALL my heart.

Re: Pride & Prejudice - the BBC version
This is the only real version of Pride and Prejudice.
The version with Fail!Darcy and ElizabethSwan should be burnt.
This version....
Three things:
1. The lake scene
2. That really really really awkward moment in her aunt's parlor
3. MR. COLLINS
Whenever I'm sick at home I watch this and I recently found out that people in my building haven't scene it so I'm bringing it up here to make everyone watch.

YES!
Seriously, though, Andrew does that creepy-hand-peeking-out-of-the-sleeve-fluttery-fingers wave far too well!
And I think Mr Bennett is his secret hero. >.>

Mr Bennett should be everyone's hero.
My father does the simpering face. And the dancing. He does the dance.

He hasn't done it in a while... I'll pull out the DVD and see if he'll dance with me
