I guess this mostly applies to myself, Dom and Lils.
Hurricane Irene hits in about 6-10 hours and I live in a back-country area so I won't have power for a few days most likely. So when I don't appear don't worry. I'll try to send a text to Ash or Teresa periodically to let you guys know what's happening. But if my phone dies I'll make sure I let them know.

I don't know how badly the hurricane is going to affect PA, but it's likely that the power will go out here too. STAY SAFE TAM!

We're on tornado watch now and the nice news man was listing towns that are going to get hard hit and he mentioned mine.... Charming.
Anyway good luck Victoria! And I guess Jenna lives near you too and a couple of others I haven't met yet.
If PA gets hit then good luck Milli too if you're anywhere near the path.

Okay, yeah. Teresa, I don't think I have your numbers, and I think that we may be on a tornado watch soon enough. I heard something on hte news about that. Anyways, I hope stuff doesn't get too bad, but I hope that you guys stay safe. I'm hoping things don't turn out too bad. Hopefully I'll stay safe as well.

But yes, we are due to get hit and we probably won't be having school on Monday which is our first day.

People on the coast in our town are evacuated and the town next to us has lost power.
So far we're okay but we've arranged candles and all have flashlights in our pockets.

Yeah, Maddie and I live a few blocks from each other.
And feel free to call me Abby (my actual name, sort-of).
There might be power outages because we only live about an hour from the coast and are still in an extreme zone.
So there might not be any Jenna if the power goes out. :-(

About to get the edge of the storm and the eye hits us around noon tomorrow. Losing service/wifi soon, I'll try to keep in touch with people. Wind is picking up here.

It's getting more windy here and the rain is picking up but it is coming in waves at the moment.
I think we're all doing our best and just weathering the storm. My family is all packed up and I'm in the basement with the cats and a big flashlight.

I don't know about Maddie but our power is (thankfully) still on. And PA has declared a State of Emergency. We are all encouraged to stay inside. My family is planning on a Potter marathon (started last night) and a game of Life. Fun.
