So the books were good. I love L.J. Smith, and her other series Nightworld is amazing too.

But i must say the TV show is way better. At first i thought, great! a new Twilicker knock off! But it's gotten so amazing!! She always has witches in her series, and i LOVE witches

In the begnning i was a tad upset that the show isn't moving along like in the books...it's all wrong. The characters look wrong, the plot has changed, and some characters are even missing (and they've added new ones too) but i don't care anymore! It's amazing!! Bonnie and her powers, Stefan and his unwhininess, Elena and her NOT begging Stefan to turn her!!


And most importantly, DAMON. OHMYGOD he's so amazing, and sexy, and just plain awesome. And amazing, and sexy, and sexy, and sexy...

Yeah I love Vampire Diaries. Although I hadn't heard of it till the series. Me and my mum like Vampire programs (although not so much Twilight for some reason). Loved Blood Ties and Moonlight. When I saw this advertised I though "Twilight-like" but its really good. And yes, Damon is Hott!

yeah, Vamp Diaries came out in the late 80's i think, early 90's. L.J. Smith took a 10 year writing break and just picked her pen back up recently.

i missed some of those episodes, thank God they're playing the reruns till the new season starts so i can get caught up some more.
