"Well...I think I'm going to sleep now. I'll tell you all a different story tomorrow night if you'd like. It's even scarier!" He leaves them out in the darkness to be afraid and goes to sleep in the tent.

It's called Tommy and the Nargles

One day a little boy named Tommy was born. His mother made his a beautiful cork necklace that he wore at all times. When he turned 11 he went to Hogwarts for the first time. On his second day...he LOST his cork necklace! He thought his mother would be mad so he asked a third year to get him the supplies to make one from Hogsmeade. When the student came back, Tommy got to work on his cork necklace and he put it on and promised himself he would never lose it. But the next day, his shoes went missing! And three days later... HE LOST HIS POTIONS BOOK! And for the next two weeks his stuff went missing until one day he got worried about the nargles and wrote to his mom to tell her what happened...She came to Hogwarts the next day to inspect the necklace and you know what was wrong?
He used a Firewhiskey cork instead of a butterbeer cork! So the moral of the story is...only butterbeer corks work.
