Have you heard that they're starting a Hogwarts choir? [not really, I'm just hoping they will]

I'd love it!
I can kinda sing anywhere, Soprano or Alto. But I also like Mezzo-Soprano the best. You get all the fun parts

Steps through the door still holding Danni's hand, having refused to let go the entire way, and goes over to a table.

"Ewww, it's uber pink in here," Danni laughed, trying to get her hands back from him halfheartedly.

Let go of her hand when she started to pull away, "I wonder if they dye their food pink too..." Looks around only just now being struck by the outrageous amount of color.

He shrugged and sat down, "One way to find out." He turned is attention tward a server, "Pizza and firebeer please." Angel examined a very pink clock on the opposite side of the room and figured that it wasn't too early to start drinking.

"Pizza is my favorite!" Danni squeed. She could almost ignore the pink.

He smiled looking at Danni. "Really?" He wondered if Dean knew about this. "So why do you have trouble with guys?" He found himself checking her out again, a little more discreetly this time now that she was claimed.

Danni's smile drooped like it had melted off of her face. "I... I don't know. I guess you could say I have familial issues, and that my lack of a proper father resulted in my mistrust of men, but that's from a purely psychological viewpoint. The truth is... I have trouble with most everyone. I'm not a real peoples person." She tried to smile. "But obviously I'm getting better at socializing. Look, I have two friends."

He laughed at the last comment. "You know, i don't have much luck with people either." The firebeer and pizza were delivered and he pushed the firebeer tward Danni, she looked like she could use it, and looked to the waiter, "Another firebeer please." He looked at her and kept a smile hoping some of his energy would mysteriously make her happy. "If it makes you feel any better, you're the only person I've really talked to since I've gotten here. Except for Dean that is. So you got a bit more pizzaz to yourself than you give credit for."

"If I remember right, I talked to you first." She smiled, loving that he'd used the word Pizazz. She uncorked the firebeer and took a long drink. "I don't see how you don't have luck with people, especially if you're drunk, because you're quite approachable. I liked you right off when I met you. Although," she laughed, "I suppose if you jump in the tub with every new person you meet, you might have trouble making friends." She winced, remembering again with vivid clarity the bath scene between her and Snape, and quickly drank more Firebeer.

"Mm, no not really, I said 'hey' before falling out of the tree, so I talked to you first." His firebeer arrived and he immediately started in on it. "Sure I'm approachable, but I'm kind of an ass to most people. Like you said, jumping in a tub with everyone i meet just to see their reaction tends to piss them off just a little. Yet you're still talking to me. Why?"

Danni blushes and drinks more, avoiding the question. "Yeah, you are kind of an ass." She smiles, feeling a bit tipsy.
