Re: Girl's Dormitory 1 (The O5)
Pansy goes into her dorm and locks the door and puts a bazillion charms on it so that no one can get inside and so that Neville can stop trying to convince her for Pansy/Lucius to happen, because it will not happen, no it will not. Because she has this so she doesn't need or want Lucius at all. Nope. Do you see that? You could never want anything more than that.

Oh, he looks like Draco, so maybe Pansy's just drunk and it's dark and she thinks he's Draco.

Re: Girl's Dormitory 1 (The O5)
Pansy comes in, packs some things, and leaves for Malfoy Manor where she'll attempt to find out where Draco is. She glances sadly at the rings sitting on her dresser, picking them up and squeezing them in her fist as she heads out the door. She plans to be back at Hogwarts tomorrow after talking to Draco, assuming she isn't murdered on the spot. Yup.
Re: Girl's Dormitory 1 (The O5)
Pansy walked across the dark grounds, Narcissa's borrowed cloak around her shoulders. She waited by the oak tree, where she had been told Draco and Lucius would be arriving soon. They appeared with a crack, the senior Malfoy heading silently toward the Manor, while Draco approached Pansy instead. He was smiling, but as Pansy's hand extended toward him, palm upwards, it faded to confusion. He looked worried, and Pansy looked incredibly guilty. She took his hand, dropping the two rings into his palm and pushing it away as he tried to hand them back to her. She shook her head at his concerned look and forced herself to meet his eye.
She didn't deserve him, he needed someone better than her, someone who could be good for him, someone who knew what fidelity actually was, knew how to behave in his absence. He was confused at her words, he loved her, they were married, happy, and a tear streaked down Pansy's cheek as she explained to him about Severus, about Scorpius. His confusion turned to shock and then anger. Draco was gesturing wildly, shouting, his eyes furious and desperate. He was pleading for her to tell him it was all a joke, a cruel joke. Why would she do such a thing? Didn't she love him anymore? Didn't she care about him at all? Apparently not, if she'd slept with two guys while he was away. Pansy dropped her gaze, tears flowing ashamedly now as she let him yell out his feelings of betrayal. She deserved every word he said, he spoke nothing but the truth. She mumbled apologies, but by now Draco would have none of it. He had seen the truth that she was unfaithful, and it hurt. It hurt him worse than anything that she would do something like this to him.
The wind whipped around the couple, carrying their raised voices across the field to the Manor. Narcissa's shadow watched from an upper story window. She was right in assuming they were having a fight, that their too-young marriage was dying, dead. Draco let the rings fall out of his hand to the ground at her feet, unable to believe that his wife would do such a thing to him when he'd never cheated in their marriage, never even thought about doing such a thing to her. He told her to keep the rings; he didn't want to be reminded of her ever again. It hurt too much. Pansy was silent. She understood, and would have felt the same in his shoes. She didn't blame him at all.
Pansy handed his mother's cloak to him, avoiding his eyes. She couldn't manage to see the pain she had caused. With that, the blonde turned and stalked off to his home, telling her she might as well forget she had ever been a Malfoy as far as he was concerned, she no longer existed to him. Pansy spun around to watch him go, staring at his back knowing she would never see him again. She crumbled to the ground where she crouched for a moment, trying to stem the tears. Finally she picked up the two rings from the ground, stood and walked a ways off before turning on the spot and apparating away.
She woke up in her dormitory, still in the clothes she had been in at the Manor. That dream, that stupid nightmare. It was bad enough living through that scene, would she now have to relive it every night as well? Pansy sat up in bed, putting her feet on the floor and her head in her hands. The rings mocked her from her dresser, glittering in the green lake-filtered moonlight from her ceiling window. Pansy cried silent tears, hoping not to wake whoever might be in the dorm. She couldn't be bothered to look, but it was probably empty, like always, like everything else was becoming in her life. And it was all her own stupid doing. She could blame no one but herself for her situation. She got up, unable to stay in her room alone any longer, and wrapped her cloak around her as she headed into the common room.
