Fleur opens her eyes and looks over at Dom, "What about? As long as it's not - " She glared over at Dean and Dee, "Anytheeng to do with what zese two are talking about..." She sighed and looked back at Dom, smiling, "It should be fine."

Dom looks at Fleur's smiling face and feels her insides shatter. "I'm so sorry," she says looking down at her hands and feeling a tear fall.

Fleur froze. She felt her nails dig into her wrist in her lap. So... it did have to do with Sirius. She pushed the lump in her throat down and tried her best not to tremble, "Um - " She faced front, hoping that it wasn't what she was thinking, "W-why are you sorry?" She stuttered, feeling her heart pound. She couldn't look at Dom or she would lose her composure.

"I didn't mean to! He was just there and...It didn't mean anything!" Dom cries, unable to verbalize what happened. She spares a glance at Fleur and feels herself holding back a sob.

[Fleur Delacour - Inactive]

"Sirius Black is never just zere," Fleur mumbled to herself. She thought she and Dom could relate with one another. She thought Dom understood her after she had said she would be there for her. That Fleur could confide in her, "I didn't theenk being zere for someone meant 'ooking up with zere exes, Dom," She glared over at her. She couldn't help it, it still hurt, "Why did you do it?! Why would you?" She shook her head, unable to believe it all, "You knew more zen anyone else 'ow it affected me!"

[*whistles* What? I am SO not guilt tripping... *shifty eyes*]

"It was just us in the common room," Dom says while wiping more tears that fell. "He said it wasn't the first thing he noticed, and I believed him. But, but I pulled away. I forgot for a moment who he was. Who I was, but I came to my senses. I never meant to hurt you Fleur," Dom cried.

Fleur listened, even though she didn't want to. She sighed as Dom said she had pulled away. She remembered when she had first kissed Cedric when she was dating Sirius. She had pulled away too and knew what that guilt was like. How could she be angry, when she knew what Dom was talking about? She glanced over at Dom and forced a smile, "I understand zat. 'E can be persuasive and - and 'e 'as a lot of tricks up 'is sleeve..." She reached out to comfort Dom, but didn't know what to do, "I don't know what to say, 'onestly. I know 'ow you feel, but I can't 'elp but still feel a little angry."

Dom nods while listening to Fleur. "I understand," she says using her sleeve to wipe her eyes. "I let my bloody hormones and emotions cloud my judgment, and it's my own fault. If you feel like you need to distance yourself from me, even if it's just for a bit, I'll completely understand."

[Fleur Delacour - Inactive]

Fleur smiled, "It's not only ze kiss theeng zat I understand. It's ze look theeng I understand. 'E noticed, 'e lied to you. It was ze first theeng 'e noticed about me. Boys sat zat it isn't ze first theeng zey notice, but zey always lie. 'Ow can it not be?" She shook her head, "When we first met, 'e called me 'Veela Babe.' Seeing as 'e already met a Veela before, I can't say 'e wouldn't 'ave seen zat you too were of Veela descent," She sighed and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, "I don't want to distance myself, you're my friend. Ze only friend I can talk to about 'ow my temper is or 'ow people judge me based on my appearance. I don't want to lose a friend like zat, Dom! I'm mad, of course, but I'm sure you expected zat. I forgive you and zat's what matters most."

Dom feels relief swell within her. "Thank you Fleur. I promise to never be stupid and fall for his charm again. You're friendship is a million times more important to me than he or any boy is."

[If Dee and Dean had made comments, it would not have gone nearly this well]

"I'm glad for zat!" Fleur grinned. She was ecstatic to have Dom still willing to be her friend. Happy that a boy, yes - a boy, hadn't come between them. She didn't know what she would have done if she and Dom couldn't be friends (probably have to kick her out of the house) and she laughed, "Is zere anytheeng else besides drama zat 'appens at zis school?"

Dom laughs lightly, "No, Hogwarts thrives on drama," she says smiling softly. "It's a shame, because I can't even imagine what a drama free school would be like."

[Dean Thomas]

Dean jumps up "I LOVE SIRIUS AND I NEED TO FIND HIM NOW!!" He starts running in circles.

"Beauxbatons was somewhat drama free, until ze Durmstrangs would come to visit!" Fleur shrugged, "Unlike 'Ogwarts, we 'ave days where we invite ze uzzer school to ze castle. Uzzer zen zat, Beauxbatons 'ardly 'ad drama. We didn't 'ave ze romance, so zere wasn't much to do..." She laughed, thinking about the past always made her laugh, "I like ze drama sometimes. When it doesn't involve me, anyway!" She looked over at Dean and glared, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! Why are you saying zat, Dean?! Zis is NOT funny!"

"I know what you mean," Dom says to Fleur. She feels herself blushing slightly at what Dean yells and is grateful Fleur reprimands him.
