Well he's in white plains NY... Here in CT we have policemen in SUVs but in town (or at least in Greenwich) they don't like that so we don't have any traffic lights, we have traffic cops who stand all day and direct traffic and in summer they wear pith helmets.... I live in a weird place... Smile

also Lucy NYC has a shit ton of mounted police!!! And so does Paris!!! I'm sorry but I can't let your british pride claim this one.... As much as I want to
