"Well, er, you can make it work," she says, unsure of how to kill the silence. She glances out at the lake and begins to wonder where everyone was. Usually the lake was rather busy this time of day.

Padma walks down to the lake and saw a few people that she didn't know. "Hey," she said, walking up to the nearest.

"I'm Padma," she responds, putting out a hand. "Are you new here, if you don't mind me asking? I haven't seen you around before - then again, there are a lot of people I haven't met," she adds.

Penny decides to be social. she didn't know anyone so she walked a little closer. "Hi."

Dom smiles in relief and gives Padma a small wave from where she was sitting. People were finally starting to show up to the lake. She hoped that they'd all want to start a game or something. "Hi, I'm Dom," she says to Penny.

"Hi," she says to the girl. "My name's Padma, what's yours? Hey Dom!" She waves.
