He stands up to and gives Dom a quick kiss on the cheek. "Night" He smiles and sits back down next to Luna "That's great Lu, I'm so happy to see you happy again!"

"Night Dom!" Luna pets giggity again. "Thanks Dean! I don't remember the last time I was this happy!" She watches Dom leave and turns back to Dean. "Soooo how are things with you and Dom?"

He hugs her back. He didn't want to ruin the moment by thinking about Danni, so he pushed the thoughts away again. "Thanks Luna! What do you think I should do? For our date?"

"I was kind of thinking picnic too. But a boat ride sounds fun too!!" He doesn't know what do to, he is completely horrible at planning dates.

Sighing, Padma walked down to the lake. Alone, once again, but she didn't mind so much. Being alone for a really long time got boring, but with a book and an imagination, you could never be bored alone. Looking around to make sure no one was watching, she smiled and began a conversation with her sister, who only she could see.

Nikki skipped down to the lake. She realized she skipped a lot. She saw Padma, and decided to sneak up on her.

"No, but she's sending an owl soon, I'm sure."
Padma paused, thinking she heard someone, but shook her head and went back to the conversation with her sister.

As Nikki crept up on Padma, she heard her talking. Not really caring, everyone has their quirks, she sneaked up closer, until she was right behind her. "BOO!"

Padma jumped and saw Nikki. Quickly, her sister disappeared - in her mind, at least. "Hey Nikki! Er - how long have you been standing there before you decided to creep up on me?"

Nikki just smiled. "Eh, a minute or two. You now, I think it is healthy to talk out loud. Helps you get your thoughts in order. I have talked to myself out loud way too many times to count."

Relieved, she laughed. "Some people though I'm insane," she admitted, "but it really does! And it helps pass the time when you're alone."

Nikki nodded. "I get that. It's like having a story in your head." She leaned in closer to Padma. "I once wrote a short story. I ended up having chats with the characters."

Nikki giggled, "I can't remember now! But I knew the characters really well. Every now and then, i get a message from one of them."

[And I get like that in real life. Which is why I stick to short stories, so I don't end up talking to people about characters like they are people.]

"The characters are like playmates," Padma agreed. "You know them just as well as you know yourself, because you created them." She laughed when remembering a story of her sister's.
[I want to be a writer, but haha I totally do that... except I don't like to divulge information about my stories. I suppose that helps me a little though...]

"My mom told me I had the most imaginary friends when I was little. More than any other kid she knew. And I made up backstories for each of them." Nikki giggled. "The funny thing is, you create them, but then they grow by themselves."

[I don't talk about what I am writing, but something will happen and I will be like, "xyz would ______." I also hate sharing my work with people I know. My family hasn't read anything I have written.]

Padma laughed. "I love imaginary friends! Who said you grew out of them when you get older?" She paused, then nodded and said, "That's what makes the characters so real. I love it."

[The only stuff my family's read is the stuff that was published on the Internet via some writing class I took a couple years ago. I also base my characters off of real people sometimes, just to get a kick out of it, but homegrown characters are fun to create.]
