Antonin Hovvle grinned at them both and winked at Hermione before walking off. He shoved through a group of younger students knocking one over and then was gone.

Remus glared at the man's back then turned to Hermione. "Are you alright?" He was still angry. He didn't care as much if Hovvle came after him but once he went after Hermione...well that was a different story altogether. Remus was a bit surprised at his outburst. It was as if his over protectiveness had sprung into hyper-drive.

Djinn walks down to the Lake, bored. He saw Remus and Hermione, with that Slytherin boy he threw a soapbox at that one time. He decided to watch from his place in his usual tree. Jumping, he landed on a branch gracefully, waiting to see if his allies needed help.

Still feeling the urge to protect her even though the danger had passed, Remus pulled her close to him hugging her. "He better leave you the hell alone or, I swear, it will not just be his jaw next time. I wasn't kidding."

"I wouldn't put it passed him..." He turned and glared at the direction Hovvle had left. "Every other time we've been around each other he'd hit me for no reason. Ridiculous!" Remus turned his head back to face her and sighed. "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to get so...angry, or anything. I couldn't help it." Yep, over protectiveness in hyper-drive. Not that I wouldn't try to protect her anyway.

It's ok. It's kind of nice knowing I've got my own personal bodyguard. I did notice you were a little explosive there though. That's kind of new, isn't it?

He bit his lip. "I really have no idea where it came from. I've just felt...more protective of you lately." He closed his eyes and rested his forehead against hers. "I'm sorry. Did I scare you?"

Scorpius comes down to the lake because he's bored and wants to post somewhere.

How did I ever manage to find someone as tolerant and caring as you? I'm always afraid this is just a dream and one day I'll wake up and you'll be gone. Don't ever wake up then Lupin. Silly, this isn't a dream, this is real.
He mentally shook his head. Stop being depressing. "Sometimes I wonder if you were dropped on your head as a small child because obviously you don't know when to be scared of someone who's about to eat you." He smiled and kissed her then moved and playfully nibbled on her neck hoping to make her laugh so they could enjoy being outside on the nice day.
