[I gave up my Queen of Canon crown a LONG time ago. >_< Lily has dated VIKTOR KRUM. I thought that revealed how much i've given up on it. xD Anyway, yes. She could've. Like, her magic showed later than Lily's so she went to a different school for a while or something. Dunno.]
