"umm yea..." a worried look crossed her face at his laugh and she wondered how Cormac had fared. "so uhh...i guess we should talk..." she looked at the ground awkwardly

He gets up and sits on the couch she is at so he didn't have to YELL across the room. "So, I'm guessing Cormac was serious?"

she points to her stomach, all of a sudden in a different mood. "what, you think i just gained 15 pounds in a day?"

she threw her hands up "I don't know! I'm not equipped to handle this kind of stuff!" then one hand flew back to her stomach as that grand gesture made her feel nauseous again

His eyes grew LARGE as she yelled. "Well, sorrrryyyyy! Do you think I want this? Do you think I wanted you to get pregnant?" He looked away from her and mumbled. "jeez"

"i dunno. no. i don't want to be pregnant either!" she brought her hands back down and rested her head in them

Penny thought he was probably thinking she was stupid at the moment so she glared at him. it wasn't like this was completely her fault. "obviously. um. just a question. what uhh did cormac say to you?" she trailed off, not sure she wanted to hear the answer

"Well, Ummm, he walked up and punched me and said it was for knocking you up." He gave her a disgusted look at the thought that she would ask.

"oh.." she had kind of expected that sort of reaction, but she wasn't sure how she felt about it. "yea...sorry about that i guess" ~~but not really cuz you knocked me up you asshole~~

He looked at her and laughed a mean laugh. "Oh Yeah, I'm sure you are. Why would you apologize to me for anything?" He looked away. "You hate me."

she narrowed her eyes at him "Well it's not like i WANTED Cormac to come beat you up. jeez! but I couldn't exactly hide this" she pointed to her stomach again "from him now could i!"

"he's not my boyfriend..." she muttered before realizing that wasn't the most pressing matter here. "I'm SORRY ALRIGHT! if i would have seen you first, i would have told you! It's not like I sought out Cormac to tell him and then have him come beat you up!" she brought her knees as close to her chin as she could and wrapped her arms around herself

He sat there in silence for a while and then looked back at her realizing how upset she was about this. "I'm Sorry Penny, I shouldn't have blamed it on you. It's not your fault."

she opened her mouth and closed it, not sure what to say. finally, "i...don't know...i mean, if you wanted to be involved, since you are the father, i can't object to that. but i can't have you and Cormac trying to KILL each other." she wondered how he was, hopefully not too bad from his fight with Marcus.

"I'm not going to try and kill Cormac." He mumbles and looks down at her stomach and tries to imagine Penny and him with a kid.

"okay. good." she nodded, like that settled things. she wrapped her arms around her stomach uncomfortably. she didn't like the idea of being fat one bit.
