Marcus wakes up and looks over at the two guys in the room and realizes there not the kind of people he wants to be around. He stands up and walks out, noticing one of the guys had a resemblence to Penny.

"Dolohov." Tony is pretty sure he has found a totally badass dude to team up with. LIFE IS GOOD. "So, how long ya been here?" He spots a terrified first year trying to sneak by where they were sitting and, just because he can, he sticks his foot out, tripping the poor kid. The table blew up and he glared over at the girl's direction. "You want to try that again?"

Evan swears loudly as the table on which his feet are resting explodes and jumps to his feet.

Tony's eye glinted at the thought of a fight breaking out. Oh wouldn't that be fun! Yep, he liked this new guy.

Marcus turned around when he heard the girl say the spell and was awesome and stopped it. "What the hell was that for?!"

He turns to Annie, having not seen Hovvle's picking on her before he entered.

Tony thinks this is a lame fight. And OH SNAP. That's that girl, Penny, who he'd been rather nasty too before. Oops. Looks like she knew this Evan kid. Hopefully they could still be friends even though Tony was nasty to Penny. He leaned back in his chair, wondering what that random girl he'd picked on earlier was going to say.

Evan laughs at his new pal. Because that's funny. He drops back onto the couch and throws an arm around his sister, his feet going right back to the coffee table. Still muddy.

"Ah, had a break in me schedule, thought I might take in a class or two. How's me little sis, eh?"

He jumps up, points his wand at Annie and mutters an Incarcerous! at her.
