Though, I guess that's one motto I usually end up breaking," she says with a small giggle. "But really, we're not all that bad in the other houses!"

Padma laughed. "Yeah, if my sister's in Gryffindor, Gryffies can't be all that bad." She smiled. "Plus, Harry and Milli are Gryffies, and they're basically my best friends. I kinda figured though, once you start drinking, it's hard to stop. But is it true that Slytherins eat Hufflepuffs, or is this just another strange rumor?"

"Yeah, it is hard to stop once you get started," she grins. "Man sis, I might have to take you to get you your first drink!" she laughs. "I'd like to be there for that experience. As for the Slytherins, I'm pretty sure it is true. I mean, I asked Trent about it once and he didn't deny it."

Padma laughed. "Well..." She shrugged. "Of course you can be there! I hope you know I won't get ridiculously drunk, though." She laughed a little bit. "Well, that's disgusting. But, I suppose they can do what they want to, and only Prefects and teachers can stop them." She shrugged.

[Is Britain the place that they let kids drink all the time so they don't think it's such a big deal when they get older? Or is that another place I'm thinking of?]

"Exactly," she replies. "Plus, it's loads better than Gryffindors and Ravenclaws," she grins. "Even if they did try and get us, I think I've got some connections to keep me safe...and I'll save you as well."

[I think it's Europe in general...because it's more much relaxed over there. I mean, the drinking age is 18 in so many countries...just not the U.S.]

Padma grinned. "Oh, they won't catch the Ravenclaws, we're too smart to be caught. And Gryffindors would just fight it out. But it's good that we've got a back-up plan, just in case." She laughed.

There's this boy named Kevin in one of my classes that I have my eye on, and I'm hoping that I'll just happen to stumble upon him in the library. I'll see you later Padma!" she says giving her twin a quick hug and then leaving the lake.
