George looked up. "I'm George. Hmm, the states. Never really heard of any wizarding schools there." he said eying the lake, now that the idea of swimming had come up. "Our squid is quite impressive. Pretty tame though. Tried to feed a first year to it once, and it just tossed him back to shore."

"Tame? I wrestled that bitch with Alice Prewett yesterday, I'd hardly call it tame. Though I did win, and stuck my claim on it. HEY FRODO!" he yelled, calling out to the squid who waved a tentacle in greeting. "Now that I've beat it, I think it's kind of a pet of mine. He's pretty cool, and I'm glad he didn't eat any first years," he laughed. "So George, what house are you in?" he asked, noting the lack of house sigil anywhere on the boy's clothing.

"You wrestled it? Hmm, never tried that. too busy pranking people with 'im. Frodo?" he said confused as he doesn't know what LOTR is because he's a lame wizard. "I'm in Gryffindor. And you? I don't think I've seen you around the tower."

"Frodo is what Alice named it, and I liked it, so it stuck," he said, totally never revealing he knows exactly where Alice got the name Frodo from, because cool kids don't read. "I'm a Hufflepuff," he said with a smile, oblivious to the prejudice against the cool totally not spare house.

"Well enough. My dormitory provides quite the view," he said with a wink, a bead of sweat dripping down his neck from the heat of the sun. "Damn is it hot 'round here. I'd have thought the UK would be a bit cooler than Jersey, but apparently not so, in early September," he remarked, pulling off his vest and tossing it onto the grass. "And here I was just thinking you were lying about shirtless to pick up dudes, my misjudgment, as it truly is hot up here."

George looked up, startled. Does he..does he know that I might have a crush on him, does he think I'm..GAY? is HE gay..Oh Merlin. shut up George. YOu're staring. At his abs. Stop that. Or..keep going..oh my god. He's hot. OH MY MAGICAL PURPLE HIPPOGRIFFS...do I like guys? Only one real way to find out. He thought before scooting closer to him. "Well, MAYBE it was to pick up a date. Quite possibly to ensnare the senses of guys like you. Did it work?"

Caradoc laughed and shrugged, letting his eyes linger on the ginger boy's body. "Perhaps, just a bit," he grinned, realizing it has been a whole 48 hours since he last got laid, and that is simply not acceptable. And of course, being an opportunistic seme, if anyone knows how to play his cards right, it's Caradoc Dearborn. He reached out and twirled a short lock of that fiery hair between his fingers. "And just would you say if perhaps the answer was yes, George?" he questioned, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Perhaps a man can't help himself, when he's got such a view in front of him," he murmured, prodding George's chest lightly.

George smiled as the hand wrapped itself in his hair. "Hmm, what WOULD I do if you said yes. Well, it might look something like this." he said leaning in to press his lips against Rad's. The feeling of a guy's lips on his was a new, yet not unpleasant sensation. He ran a hand down Rad's abs as he flicked his tongue out of his mouth, testing the waters as he tentatively ran it across the other boy's lips.

Caradoc blinked in mild surprise as the other boy quickly kissed him, after having known him for all of a minute. The thought greatly confused him, until he remembered he was Caradoc Fucking Dearborn, and looks like a fucking god, and then it made sense again, and all was well. The fingers twirling the ginger strand of hair quickly entangled itself in the rest of George's hair as he deepened the kiss, letting George's tongue enter his mouth briefly before forcing the other man's mouth open, sealing the dominance of the kiss, as it should be, with Rad holding the power. He couldn't suppress a smile as the hand trailed down his abs, and he silently wished they would travel a little lower. Finally, he slowly broke away, smirking at George. "Do all the guys at Hogwarts move as fast as you? I'm thinking I might like it here," he muttered, before quickly kissing him again after pushing George's head forward with the hand on the back of his head, his mouth hungry and demanding.

George blushed. "I-- I-- I just don't know what came..oooooover me." he said extending the "o" sound as he reveled in the second kiss. "wow." was about all he could breathe. He quickly noticed two immediate problems. Both of them residing in a pair of trousers, but he couldn't really take care of that here..could he?

"You're cute when you blush, George, anyone ever tell you that?" he said before kissing him a third time, more lightly than the first two, more to boost the other man's confidence than anything else-- he seemed on edge, and there was no way Caradoc was letting this little welcome prize get away from him anytime soon. He burst out laughing as he saw a rather scandalized second year over George's shoulder and gently pushed him back. "Hey now, there are small children about! How about we take this somewhere where we won't be scarring twelve year old boys, George?" he suggested, standing up and helping George to his feet without waiting for him to provide an answer.

George gave a (mostly) fake put and said "but I like traumatizing 12 year olds." and gave a laugh. "But I agree we should take these antics elsewhere." He said getting up and following Caradoc ~~to the ends of the earth~~ ~~to mordor~~ ~~to a cupboard~~ to wherever they were going.

Demelza walked out of the castle and down to the Hogwarts lake. She had missed the lake and hadn't been down here since school had started. She went over to the closest tree and sat down under it.

Teddy walked down to the lake and looked around to see who else was there. He saw only on other person and decided to strike up a conversation, since he'd only talked to Dom since he got off the train. Still, we'll pretend that's not the case. He walked over to her and introduced himself with his usual, "Hi, Teddy Lupin." And a smile.

Demelza looked up and saw someone coming over to her and introducing himself to her. "Hi Teddy. I'm Demelza, but you can call me Dem if you want to. It's nice to meet you."

Teddy smiled again, "Hi Dem. Can I sit down?" He asked, sitting next to her when she nodded. He remembered seeing her around the common room a few times, but she wasn't in his year, that's for sure. "What year are you in, Dem? We don't have classes together." He played with a blade of grass beside him absently while he looked out over the lake.

Demelza moved over a bit so there was enough room under the tree for teddy. "I'm in my ~~fifth~~ sixth year. What about you?"

[I just realised that Dem should probably be a sixth year, as she was fifth in 1.0 and its like its a new year and all.]

"Seventh." Teddy answered. He couldn't believe he didn't know that, she had been in the school only one less year then him! Why had they never talked? He looked over at her and smiled, "So, are you glad to be back? I know I sure am. Home can be so boring sometimes."

"Yeah. I'm glad to be back at Hogwarts. I missed it during summer. Yeah I know! home gets boring after a while. I'm happy that I get to see my family, but I miss the castle and all my friends."

"Yeah, exactly." He said, nodded, "There's just something about Hogwarts that makes it feel like home." He remembered what Dom had told him about being part of her family but pushed the thought away. Hogwarts was more his home then the burrow was. Still, sometimes he worried about his grandmother all alone when he was at school. "Plus, this year just feels different. More special then the others. Maybe it's just because I know I won't be coming back next year, but I dunno."

"Oh yeah, its your last year at Hogwarts. Have you decided what you are going to do when you leave Hogwarts or are you just gonna go with the flow and see what happens?"

"Something in the Ministry, for sure." Teddy replied, not wanting to mention his specific intrest in werewolfs to her just yet. "Alot of the jobs there do so much good, that's what I like. Helping people. Changing things." He had always been best at Transfiguration and wanted to use that wherever he could, though DADA was also something he was good at. "Nothing in the Department of Magical Games and Sports, though. They usually do more harm then good." He added with a laugh.

Demelza laughed at what Teddy said about the Departmant of Magical Games and Sports. "At least you have some idea of what you want to do when you leave Hogwarts. I have no idea what I want to do yet."

"Maybe you're one of those people who won't know til they graduate. They, all of a sudden, it will just hit you. I wouldn't worry about it." He smiled, and looked back over the lake, "Well, I better get going. Nice meeting you, Dem." He stood up and, with a wave, walked back to the castle.
