Dean had a horrible feeling in his gut. "I'm sorry Lu." He spoke softly. "I'm sure she's up there. Maybe she's in the clouds though. Maybe she's the one that makes pictures in them." He tried to smile at her.

Luna smiled again, liking that thought a lot more than her mom being a star. Pretty sure only lions do that. "Maybe. She always did love to paint," she says with a small smile and I totally just made that bit up because we don't know much about Luna's mom, but Luna loved to paint. -points to ceiling of Luna's room- So, maybe her mom did too.

"Yeah! It makes sense then. Next time you see a puffy cloud that looks like a sheep, it's probably your mom trying to say hello!" He smiled again.

Luna grinned. "A fluffy sheep? Sounds more like that'd be someone trying to say hello to a certain someone I know," she teased as she pet Dean's sheep hair.

Dean chuckled. "Well, sheep are pretty cool." He closed his eyes as she pet his hair. "I bet if you found a Snorkack in the clouds, that would definitely be for you!" He nodded.

Luna smiled and kept petting her friend before pulling her hand away and sitting up again. "A Snorkack cloud? I bet I could find one of those the next time I look."

"I'm sure you could! If I see one sometime, I'll draw it and you can keep it forever. Wait!" He slapped a hand to his forehead. "I have your picture ready with a frame. I don't have it with me though..."

"Really!? I can't wait to see it! I bet it looks great in its frame," she says excitedly. "Maybe you can bring it during our first study session together."

"Yeah! That's a great idea! We should set up something. Like, maybe the same time and day each week? If it will work with both of our schedules, of course."

"Yes! When do you have a lot of free time?" she asks happily, super excited about being able to hang out with her best friend every single week.

"Let's see. Tuesday through Thursday. My nights are pretty open then. Any of those days work with you?" He was very excited, getting to see her so often.

"Mine too! We could have study sessions on one or two of those nights each week!" How convenient that they have similar schedules. >.>

His eyes widen. "I would love that!" He really would..."Where should we meet? Library, or would you rather meet outside..or an empty classroom?" His mind tried to wander about what they would do in an empty classroom, but he quickly stopped it before it got out of hand.

"Outside would be nice. There's always those trees over there. With the shade. That would be nice for studying and doing homework," she says smiling. Innocent Lunacorn isn't even thinking about fun classroom activities. Yet...

He looks over to where she indicated. "Yeah. That would be nice. We'll have to find some place for when it gets cold out too. Unless you want to study in the snow?"

"Oh right. That might be difficult," she giggled. "Well, when it gets colder we could move into the old classrooms to study. That would be fun too. ~~We could warm each other up.~~"

He smiled and tried not to let his imagination go crazy again. "Yeah, that would be cool! Or we could use the Room of Requirement. That way, we could make it look like we were outside." He nodded.

"The Room of Requirement would be fun! And if we get bored, we could decorate it to look like a really cool lounge room or something. With fluffy pillows and stuff!" Luna is an adorable little girl. Fluffy, sparkly things make her happy.

"Yeah! That would be really fun!" Dean totally wouldn't mind fluffy, sparkly things if that was what Luna wanted. "You could make it as girly as you want! All I request is a little cat area, for Giggity."

"Yes! We could have a bed, and a scratching post, and a bunch of toys for him to play with! And we could have a sketching area for you. With a big easel thingy for you to draw on."

He sat up and started bouncing. "Yeah! Yeah!! It could be like..our best friend pad! I'll bring all of my Red Vines, in case we want a snack!"

"Yes, yes, yes! Red Vines!? I haven't had one of those in forever! I miss sharing Red Vines with you," she says excitedly. "And I could bring my Plimpie Soup too!"

"We'll have the best grades in the entire school! Can we start this week!?" she asks excitedly, trying to contain her excitement and not run around in circles flailing like she wants to right now.

"Yes! Of course we can!" He practically shouted, not really containing his excitement. "I can have Remus bake us some pies! His pies are the best!"
