"Oh, you know I don't get good enough marks to be a Ravenclaw," she said, laughing her sister's comment away- though not ignoring the compliment. "I'd much rather make people laugh than sit around doing my homework," she said the last word with a hint of playful disdain.

"You are an amazing person sis." Nikki hugged her twin. I wish this was a longer post, but it gets across how Nikki is feeling perfectly.

Her little laugh protection popped with her sister's hug. "Oh!" she squeaked quietly. "I love you too," she said quietly hugging her sister and treasuring this moment though it was much more serious than their usual moments.

"Well, how ever much it pains me to part from your absolutely delightful company, I sorta want to wander outside and see if I find anyone. And with our plan set, tomorrow will be awesome!" She kissed Bea's cheek and skipped off, delighted beyond words of how TOTALLY AWESOME her twin was.

[And Nikki wants to tell Fred to stop flirting with Milli and AJ, even if I know it isn't flirting. 1.0 isn't far enough away for her to not be territorial.]

"Okay," she said. "I love you!" she called after her sister. She waited in the courtyard for a few minutes doing a little waltz to herself before thinking that she should go reconnect and skipped out and into the rest of the castle.

Louis is walking through the courtyard, nose in a book about Ancient Runes so he's not really paying attention to things. All of a sudden he bumps into a girl. He looks up, startled and apologizes "I am so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you alright?"

[Ronald Weasley]

Lav is playing with her hair when she is bumped into by someone not watching where they were going. "Hey! Watch-" She cuts off realizing it's the cute boy she saw earlier. "Oh, I'm okay. Are you alright?" She bent down to pick up a piece of paper that fell out of the book and handed to him.

[Louis Weasley]

Louis smiled and took his homework from her "I'm fine. Thanks. I'm Louis by the way, Louis Weasley. I think I've seen you around, I just don't know your name"

[Ronald Weasley]

She smiled sweetly at him. "Lavender Brown. Nice to meet you." She held out her hand for him to shake. "I'm in Gryffindor." She gestured to her red and gold tie.

He smiled and chuckled "Yea, I'm in Ravenclaw. If you couldn't tell by me having my nose in a book" He couldn't help but notice how pretty Lavender was

She giggled. "Yeah. The tie is a give away too. It's funny, I feel like I shouldn't have noticed you before today. I actually passed you earlier in the great hall. What year are you?"

[Louis Weasley]

He nodded "I definitely feel like I should have noticed such a pretty face before" he flushed a little "I'm a seventh year, and you?"

[Ronald Weasley]

She smiled even wider, at both his comment and his year. "Me too! On both accounts. Although, I wouldn't call you pretty, because you're a guy. More like cute, or handsome, or hot even. Sorry, rambling. I'm a seventh year too!"

[Louis Weasley]

Louis chuckles again at her ramblings. which he thinks are adorable. "Really? that's great. You ready for the NEWTS this year?" Louis kicks himself mentally. can't you talk about anything other than studies idiot?

[Ronald Weasley]

She actually laughs this time, not her usual giggle. "Not even. But, it's literally the first day back. I've got a while to go. Hey! Maybe we could be study buddies! My best friend Parvati's twin sister is in Ravenclaw, and she says that having a Ravenclaw around helps you study because they are like really really focused, you know?" Yes. She's a rambler..

[Louis Weasley]

Louis grins and laughs "Yea I suppose you could say we're good at focusing. Maybe we're just better studiers" he teased "Oh I know Padma, studying together would be great! What classes are you taking?"

[Ronald Weasley]

"Well, I haven't got my schedule yet. But I'm thinking; Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Potions, and Divination for sure. Divination is my favorite subject, I wish I was able to be a Seer. What classes are you taking?"

[Louis Weasley]

"A seer? that's pretty cool, though I'm not a huge Divination fan myself. I'm taking Ancient Runes, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Transfiguration and Potions. I think that's it..." He stares into space for a moment, thinking "Yup. I think that's it."

[Ronald Weasley]

"Oh yeah! I'll probably take charms too! I can't believe I forgot that one! I'm such an idiot." She giggled "Maybe we'll have some classes together!"

[Louis Weasley]

He laughed "you're not an idiot. at least not from what i can tell" He smiled kindly at her "I hope we have classes together! that would be fantastic"

[Ronald Weasley]

"It really would! I would love seeing more of you around." She smiled at him. "It was nice meeting you and all, but I really need to go find Parvati. I haven't seen her in like, I dunno, a few hours at least." She giggled again. "I better be seeing you around Louis." She rather liked how his name sounded on her lips. She smiled and gave him a cute little wink before waving and setting off.

"I hope to see you around too Lavender" He smiled and flushed a little at her flirtiness. He needed to learn how to be more flirty and less book wormy. "See you!" He grabbed hold of his book and set off for the Ravenclaw common room

[Remus Lupin]

And now Remus is reading in the courtyard. He didn't bring as many books with him this time cause he didn't feel like carrying them all.
