Caradoc strolls by shirtless and in jeans, dripping with sweat and rather dirty from exercising outside. I don't really know what he does to keep in shape without a real gym, but I'm guessing it involves wrestling wild animals in the forest, so he would likely be rather muddy. He's relaxing at the moment with a blunt in hand, taking a long drag as he smiles at the rather cute guy sitting nearby with his nose in a book. He walks up and leans his back against the tree opposite him. "Hey there," he said, letting his eyes wander as he twirled the blunt between his fingers.

Remus blinks and looks up, distracted from his reading by a man's voice. He tries to keep a disapproving look from his face when he spots the blunt in the guy's hand. "Hello." He takes in the rest of the guy's appearance. Whoever he was, he was good looking despite the sweat and dirt. Not that Remus ever spent that much time on judging how good people looked.

Caradoc refrains from rolling his eyes at the disapproving look, and tries to be friendly, as it's just his nature. "I'm Caradoc, call me Rad," he said, extending one rather dirty hand to shake Remus', while dangling the blunt in his other fingers. "Don't think I've met you yet, I just transferred here. What house are you in?" he asked, trying to make conversation because he's not high yet, given he's only just lit up, and being sober and lonely is boring.

Remus shakes Caradoc's hand, because Remus is nice like that, even though now he really wants to go wash his hands. "I'm Remus. I'm in Gryffindor, what about you? And you just transferred here? Where are you from, may I ask?" He sets his book down on his lap, closing it after marking his place.

"I'm from the states, New Jersey," he said, taking a drag as he checks out Remus rather obviously, and Inner!Sirius tries to kill him. Oh dear. "Though, I can say that I like it just fine here already," he added, clearly liking what he sees. "Care for a puff?" he asked, offering him the blunt. "Gotta make readin' them books a hell of a lot more interesting, I'll say. You seem like you could use a little fun," he said with a wink. Good grief, leave the poor kid alone, Rad!

Remus squirms, feeling quite uncomfortable under Caradoc's rather obvious stares. He shakes his head when Rad offers him the blunt. "I'm really not interested, thanks. And this book is very interesting just as it is." He doesn't think Rad could appreciate such an awesome book...even if it's a reference book and no one really just reads those for fun, other than him and Hermione. Remus looks off to the side, ignoring Rad's wink, and tries to act normal. Normal for him anyway. "The states, huh? I've never met someone from there. I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. It's really nice here."

Caradoc discreetly looks at the title, and is amused that he would probably like to take a look at the book himself if nobody was around. To the library in the morning for sure, before dawn, so no one sees him acting like a nerd. "Right, I'm sure it's interesting," he scoffed, though not rudely, really. "Yeah, I have to say, Hogwarts offers a fine view from a lot of places 'round here," he grinned, trying to get this guy to talk a little, though for some reason he seemed to harbor a dislike for him already. Perhaps it was the blunt, who knew? "Though, as for enjoying myself, I've only been here a day and I feel like I've done more of that here than you have in your whole time here. Don't look like the kind of guy who likes to have fun too often. I can change that," he suggested rather lewdly, because he really thinks this guy is cute, and has a great idea as to what Remus can do with those pretty lips of his. Sirius might kill my inner Rad, so I'm going to end this post now.

Remus is very uncomfortable with the looks Caradoc was giving him and decided that he'd go soon if Rad kept this up. He stood up and hugged the book to his chest. "I have plenty of fun, thank you very much." He didn't really appreciate being told that he was pretty much boring, and he was sort of annoyed. It didn't do well to annoy Remus. "I'm not that boring. And I don't really appreciate the idea of me being boring being insinuated from someone I've just met. Sirius sort of does it all the time when he complains about me spending all my time in the library and reading...but that's Sirius." Remus doesn't mind it...well, he does, but he'll let Sirius get away with pretty much anything. "Anyway, I'm pretty sure you have lots of fun, but your idea of fun definitely doesn't look to be the same as mine. Sorry." Remus feels bad now cause he thinks that was all rather mean, and he doesn't want to upset this guy, but he wasn't really impressed by how Caradoc was acting and it was making him rather uncomfortable.

Caradoc's permanent smile faltered for a moment, and he took a step back. "Easy there, I didn't mean any offense. All I was trying to say is, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy," he replied, his distaste for Remus growing by the moment, though he felt a bit bad for being rather hypocritical, given that he was teasing the kid for doing the same things he did-- he just wasn't strutting about advertising his inner nerd, like this guy. "Right then, I'll leave you to your books, Remus. Pleasure to meet you," he said, though his tone was clear that it was not a pleasure in the least, and Remus seemed like kind of a jerk, when Rad thought he was only playing around and being friendly. Taking another drag from the blunt, he waved and walked off to find someone who was less of a loser.

And Inner Sirius made me end this scene before he screamed.

Oh dear. Remus feels really bad now and really upset. Remus watches Caradoc walk off then wonders off his self, feeling a bit lost along with being really sad. He hadn't wanted to upset the other guy. Aww, poor Remus. Well, next time their meeting will go a lot better. Hopefully. Haha.

Katie looked up from her book to see yet another Slytherin. And he was utter beautiful. Katie narrowed her eyes, "Do I have a sign on my forehead saying that I love to be harrassed by Slytherins?" She said coldly.

"Oh now now now, this isn't harassment!" he said while sitting down next to her. "See, there is quite a difference between harassment and just genuinely talking. See, this is harassment," he said, his hand moving to her leg and slowly sliding up her thigh. "Though, it's not quite harassment if you really enjoy it."

Katie stiffened as she felt his hand move slowly up her thigh. "Get. Off. Me" She whispered harshly, and with all her force she shoved his hand off her leg. She refused to move as she was here first. He should leave. Not her. What was it with these over touchy Slytherins? First Marco then this boy. Who's name she didnt even know. She turned to look at him. Blonde hair, pale skinned, over touchy. "Malfoy I presume?"

He couldn't help but smirk as she took his hand off her thigh. So she was going to be a bit of a challenge. He liked challenges. "Yes, Scorpius Malfoy," he introduced. "What's your name?" he questioned. "Not that names are really necessary. I've been known to have plenty of good times without knowing a birds name."

Katie shot Scorpius a look of disgust. "I can assure you Mr Malfoy, I am NOT one of those girls. Katie Bell for you information." She said with venom in her voice, Scorpius only wanted one thing. And he was not getting it from her. She noted that he was one of the lads to avoid in the future, along with Marco, unfortunately.

Scorpius gave her a curious look as she informed him who she was. "Katie Bell?" he repeated, a bit surprised by this revelation. "You're the Bell girl? Damn! No wonder Marco's been apparently spending time with you. Hell, if you weren't a Gryffindor I would have tried much harder to be shagging you against this fountain."

Katie stiffened at the mention of Marco. "How do you know about that?" She said, dropping her voice. She was also slightly disgusted at the way he was talking about her, like she were a piece of meat. It made her feel inferior, and worthless. "I'd much rather be a Gryffindor than a Slytherin..." She commented quietly under her breath.

"How do I know?" he repeated her questions, sitting back and getting nice and comfortable. "My buddy, Blaise Zabini. After all, we can't just go and let Slytherins and Gryffindors canoodling with each other!" he said with a grin before pausing. "Well, other than shagging," he amended. "And Slytherin isn't bad at all. Hell, that's where all the real men are."

Blaise Zabini. Suprise surprise. Katie turned her back on him slightly and dipped her head. "Figures you'd take that sort of view on the inter-house relationships Malfoy. Thinking you are too good for everyone." Katie scoffed at his words, "Real men? Right. You keep thinking that!" She laughed at Scorpius' ego. He was nothing more than a little boy.

"Nothing wrong with understanding the workings of Hogwarts Houses," he said with a shrug. "It's about time that the other pathetic houses learn their places as well. And are you really questioning if I'm a real man? Really Miss Bell?" he asked with a sarcastic undertone. "Maybe I'll just have to prove it to you right here, right now, that I am hmm?"
