She sees Penny come in and smiles. "Well, except for that girl. But PLEASE Marcus? I'll be your best friend!"

"The cuticles, the cut of them... I could do wonders for these things. Will you help me convince him?" she asked.

Narcissa clapped eagerly and grabbed Marcus's hand. "Alright, Marcus, well, I'll start off with a nice base coat," she said, applying the nail polish quickly and efficiently. "Then we can move to the color!"

Narcissa 'tsk'ed and looked at him disapprovingly, pulling his hand towards her more. "Don't try and back out now. And look, we're already on the color!" she said cheerfully, grabbing the light blue with a smile. "We're almost done. Four coats and some decals, is all."

[-sighs and waves bye bye to happy, and waits for Marcus to bitch out Reg for just ditching the team-]

Regulus walks in, his eyes bloodshot, his pupils dilated, and generally looking like the very depressed undead. He sees Marcus and freezes, remembering that Cormac had refused to tell Marcus that he quit the team, telling him to go do it himself. He sighs and walks forward, but then stops abruptly as he takes in the scene. "Um, Narcissa? Am I hallucinating, or are you painting Marcus Flint's nails?"

Narcissa paints his nails, very carefully. It was an art, after all. "Torture? This isn't torture. This is what best friends do for each other. And, you and I, Marcus? We're the best of friends. Right? Nail polish bonding time and all!" she looks up to see Reg. "Oh, hi Reg! Yup, I am. Powder blue. I was thinking I could, like, go with a baby blue, but that'd be too drastic, you know?" she smiles.
