"Thanks for the confidence!" Megan grinned. She glanced at her watch quickly, and saw the time. "Oh I'm sorry, but I've got to get going! It was really nice meeting you!"

[Sorry. Thinking I should probably attempt to sleep tonight. I work in the morning. Ill talk to you later ]

"It was nice too meet you too. See you around."

Demelza stayed down at the lake for a little while longer, then went back up to the castle.

[Padma Patil]

Padma wanders back down to the lake because she has nothing else better to do. The end.

Lenore only has about 30 minutes, but Hermione wanders down to the lake with Kiora, because I am bored. She lays a blanket out for the baby and sits down, then notices Padma and smiles. "Hey Padma, how are you?"

[Padma Patil]

"Hey Mya, I haven't seen you for a long time!" Padma says, looking at Kiora, whom she has never met. GASP. "I'm great. How are you?"

[Molly Prewett]

Hermione grins. Everybody should meet Kiora at least once, because she's just darling. Oh.... maybe not Greyback.... "It's been ages, hasn't it? I'm good. Busy, of course," she laughs, and lays Kiora on the blanket so she can play with the texture of it. "Anything interesting happen since we last met? Harry staying away from the love potions?"

[Padma Patil]

"I certainly hope so," Padma said, recalling Harry's last incident and laughing. "He doesn't do a good job recognizing them, that's for sure. Oh, nothing much has happened, really... I went to India, but that was about it. Is this Kiora?" she asked, looking at the adorable little baby.

[Molly Prewett]

Hermione laughs. "You'd think without me doing his homework all the time, he might've learned a thing or two for himself by now. But no.. Oh, India, that sounds brilliant. I'd love to go, someday. Yes," she smiles, watching as Kiora grabs fistfuls of blanket in her tiny little hands and rubbing her back gently. "This is Kiora. So how was India? Did you go for any specific reason, or just to get away to WWoHP?"

[Padma Patil]

"Aww! She's adorable!" Padma said, looking at the baby. "Well, at WWoHP, we waited in line... My grandmother was not in the best condition, so my mum sent for me," she explained. "Grandmum's fine now, though, she actually got better when I got there. It was great to visit home, though." Padma grinned, her eyes falling on Kiora again.

Hermione smiles. "Thanks," she says softly. Kiora lifts her head slightly and fixes her bright brown eyes on Padma with curiosity. "Hey baby girl," Hermione says, her hand still rubbing Kiora's back gently. "This is Padma. Want to say hello?" She picks Kiora up and turns her around so she can see the new person properly, giggling slightly as her little hand flails a bit in Padma's direction. "She's very friendly. I'm sorry to hear your grandmother was unwell and that the lines were so long, but I'm glad she recovered."

[Padma Patil]

"Hello, Kiora!" Padma says, giggling a little as Kiora flails, remembering the time she met Remus. He flailed too. "She looks like you," Padma remarked. "Yeah, and luckily, monsoon hadn't started, and it wasn't summer yet, so I didn't have to live through some bloody hot weather. Like in Florida, where I swear it's hotter than August in South Africa..." She smiled, wondering where the Lunamorties that Nikki used to take care of went.

[Molly Prewett]

Hermione laughs. "She has my eyes, and my mouth, for sure. But luckily for me because Lenore refused to let Amethyst win on the hair, when Amethyst already won on the gender she's got more of Remus in her - her hair gets lighter by the day, and that's a perfect little replica of his nose. And the flailing, of course.."
She kisses Kiora's forehead and then settles her back on the blanket to play some more. "Oh I imagine the weather would get pretty frightful at times..."
Katie's blobs absorbed all the Lunamorties except for Justin.

Padma smiled because people do that around babies. They're so delightful. "The Lunamorties are gone?!" Padma breaks down sobbing. "The weather is frightful," Padma agreed. "Especially during the monsoon season. And they wear sweaters in the winter time, when it's ninety degrees Fahrenheit..." She nods seriously. "I like the weather here much better."

[Aww! It's OK, I should probably go too... ]

[Molly Prewett]

"Strange world, when the weather in Britain is the better alternative," Hermione giggles, then looks at her watch. "Well, I should be heading back to my dorm - Remus will be done with his class soon and he likes his daddy-daughter time before Kiora gets too sleepy. It was good to see you, Padma."
She gathers up the baby and the blanket and, with one last grin, heads back towards the castle.

Padma laughed, because she had not really thought of that. Oh well. Anything's better than Florida. "Ah, all right, I'll see you soon, Mya!" Padma said. "Bye-bye, Kiora!" She waved to Mya and the baby before leaving the lake as well.

Dee comes over with the firebeer, because she makes the firebeer.

Nikki skipped down, because she knew an epic party was about to go down.

Padma runs down to the lake. Yes. She runs.

"Padma!" Nikki slo-mo ran over and gave her a hug. She then ran to Dee and hugged her. "Firebeer!"

[Padma Patil]

"Hi Nikki!" Padma hugs Nikki, then notices Dee. "Hi Dee!" She joins the group hug.

[Daphne Greengrass]

"HI PADMA, FIREBEER?" Dee waves a bottle at her. "HI ORWELL," Dee says, tackling her friend because I have always wanted to call someone by their last name.

[Guest]

Sassybaskets crashed into the ground, already pretty hammered. He sneezed and started a massive bonfire. Looking around, he saw the Giant Squid chillin in the lake. With beer goggles, the Squid looked pretty damn attractive. Sassy lumbered over to the lake to start chattin Squidly up.

"SURE!" Padma takes the bottle from Dee. Why not?

"What, offer Padma a drink and not me?" Nikki pretended to be insulted.
