During my wonderful dark period in 7th and 8th grade, I knew the lines to this entire movie and to all the songs. About half of my closet was filled with Nightmare Before Christmas gear.

Then, I remembered that even though I loved the movie, if I wanted a career in high fashion I needed to actually wear other apparel.
And I came out of my dark, emo-like period and stopped wearing that apparel.

I was obsessed.
So.
Yup.

I've heard another cover of This Is Halloween that I absolutely adored, but I don't remember who sang it or where it is anymore. It was fucking amazing. I don't know what my favorite song would be because honestly I've loved them all, but if I had to pick one that I loved singing at the top of my lungs when my friends and I would go on the Haunted Mansion ride during December when it was decked out for Nightmare Before Christmas, it'd be Kidnap the Sandy Claws. I. Love. That. Song. Lock, Shock, Barrel.
