Cho smiled at him. "Yeah, it is. I mostly write stories, you know, like fiction? And I like Quidditch too! Playing it and watching it... can't believe I forgot about that one!" Yeah. She was definitely getting drunk if she momentarily forgot about liking Quidditch. Cho's smile grew wider. "Potions are fun. I hate Snape though. Especially how he thinks that if you screw one thing up, then you're just stupid." Rolf kept going probably thanks to alcohol, and Cho finally got the answer to her question. "That's too bad." She said to him.

"Yeah, Snape can be a massively eager bugger," Rolf said, taking a large gulp of his drink. "I just enjoy the mixing and stuff. It's like cooking, you know? All the ingredients and having to make and prepare it a certain way. I just think it's fun," he said, placing his glass down on the table and not even noticing that there was already only a third left. "Have you written many stories?" he asked curiously.

Cho was glad that Rolf agreed with her. She could say the wrong thing and he could just never talk to her again. "Yeah, that bit is fun." she said, nodding a little bit, taking another sip of her drink. When he asked if she had written many stories, Cho put her glass down on the table, and laughed a little bit. "No, not many. I mean, they're not even all that good. It's really more of a hobby, I guess." She said. "Though, I have to agree with you that baking stuff is fun. And then you get to eat it." She smiled. Would it make her a glutton if she admitted that eating it was one of her favorite parts?

"Well, even if it's just for fun, that's really neat that you have an interest in writing. I've never been the best with creative writing," he admitted with a grin. "Though, I do enjoy reading poetry and whatnot." Rolf wouldn't think she's a glutton at all, for he feels exactly the same way as she does. "There's something about preparing food that is just completely relaxing. The best though, is definitely when it's all done. I mean, eating is always enjoyable, but I love giving the food to other people. I guess I'm sort of a sucker for compliments, so I like giving food away and seeing what people's reactions to it are," he admitted with a sheepish grin.

"Thanks." Cho smiled. It was nice that he thought it was 'neat.' He was adorable. "Poetry is cool, but it's never really been my thing." she admitted. "I never really got it. I do love Shakespeare and the like though. HIs way with words is just... amazing." Cho laughed when he agreed with her. A glutton she wouldn't be then. "Yeah, I like it too. Besides, it's always great to see if they like it or not. Plus, then you get to eat it yourself and it's a sense of accomplishment, right?" Cho smiled at him, taking another sip of her drink. It was doing its job well, that was for sure.

"I love Shakespeare," Rolf said with a grin. "I know a bank where the wild thyme blows, where oxlips and the nodding violet grows. Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine, with sweet musk-roses and with eglantine," he quoted with a soft sort of sigh. "I love his works," he shrugged, taking a sip of his drink. "I also love that sense of accomplishment when I get to eat something that I made," he grinned. "It definitely makes all the time and effort worth it."

For a few moments, Cho stared. He had just quoted Shakespeare at her. He had just quoted Oberon at her. Cho was in awe for a moment. That was... really hot. He had even given this soft sort of sigh bit. She soon gained her train of thought back and finished the lines. "There sleeps Titania sometime of the night, lull'd in these flowers with dances and delight; And there the snake throws her enamell'd skin, weed wide enough to wrap a fairy in." Cho laughed. "I do think it's a bit early in our relationship for you to be quoting A Midsummer Night's Dream at me, young sir." She giggled. Giggled. She giggled. If she wasn't so busy getting drunk, she would probably notice that she was acting like a love sick fool. Which she was.

Rolf grinned at her and leaned forward. "Well, if you want me to stop I will." He said with a teasing grin. A teasing grin. He was teasing her, this was something new for him. He didn't normally tease girls like this. He leaned back in his chair and picked up his firewhiskey, taking a small swig before he set it back down again. Letting out a deep sigh as he felt the firewhiskey really beginning to kick in. "I just...I love Shakespeare." He admitted with a wide grin on his face. "Shakespeare is so great, and I really could quote it all day long and all night," he said with a nod. "Do you like Shakespeare so much that you could quote it all day and all night?" he asked, ridiculous questions starting to come out as the effects of firewhiskey were really starting to be felt.

Cho leaned forward, matching his position. "By all means, keep going." She said with a smirk. He leaned back again, letting out a sigh. "Shakespeare is unique. He's a master of words and he knows how to use them unlike anyone I have ever read. And yes, I do. All the sonnets, the plays, I like everything." She wouldn't admit it but Rolf's proximity before was quite nice, if not a bit unnerving. It was odd being so close to him. Odd, but nice. She took another sip of her firewhiskey. The burn had dulled down so it was little more than a tickle.

Rolf let a small smirk spread across his lips as she told him to keep going. "Oh but I don't want to keep going if you think its too soon in this relationship to be quoting Shakespeare," he said with a small chuckle as he took another swig of his Firewhiskey, finishing it off and setting the empty glass back on the table. "I mean, I don't want to freak you out or anything," he said with that same teasing grin as before. "You like everything, eh?" he asked raising an eyebrow slightly at her. "Even me?"

Cho caught the smirk on his lips. "You devil." She smiled. "You should know I'm not a traditional girl. I think I can allow for certain... allowances to be made. So by all means, keep quoting." She laughed. Cho followed suit by taking the last sip from her Firewhiskey as well. "Mm.... yes, I like everything." She looked up. "Even you." She couldn't stop that from coming out of her mouth. Oh, she was done for now. IT was sudden, and she couldn't control it, and she had gone and given up her secret. She played it off as coy, by smirking lightly at him. What was going to happen now?

Rolf grinned at her as she said that she liked him. That was like music to his ears at the moment. It felt good to have someone say that after his breakup with Viktor because, if he was being honest, he was still a bit upset about not being with Viktor anymore and he really felt that need to be with someone, anyone really. Cho was just a great person to be liked by; she was pretty, she was smart, and she had quite a few mutual interests with him. "Hm," he hummed softly as he looked up at her and smiled. "Well that is definitely a nice thing to hear," he said as the smile still lingered on his lips as he looked across the table at her.

Rolf smiled at her. She had pleased him. He had such a gorgeous smile. He looked up to her, the smile staying on his lips. He was close enough that she could kiss him, but she was pretty sure that she needed another drink to make that happen. She needed to leave the table for a minute. He would never see anything in her. She smiled at him, before she grabbed his glass quickly, taking her own in her other hand. "Be right back." She smiled at him. She walked over to the bar and asked Aberforth for another round. Their glasses were refilled as she brought them back over to the table and sat back down. "There you go." She said, handing him the glass. What was she doing here? Was she hoping for some chance with him? She took another sip as she looked at Rolf, hoping that she could forget that she would never have a chance with him.

Rolf nodded slightly and smiled at her as she said she would be right back. "Okay," he said and leaned back in his chair as she walked away, glancing around the pub as he waited. It was always so deserted in the Hogs Head, which was weird because it wasn't as if it was terrible. The place had pretty good service, it just got some pretty freaky people that came in. When she came back, he flashed her a toothy grin and picked up the glass. "Thanks," he said as he raised the glass to his lips, taking a small swig before setting it back down on the table. He was feeling the alcohol take more and more affect on him as he drank more and more of it. He was also feeling himself become more attracted to Cho as the night went on and he spent more time with her. Part of him was telling him to lean forward and kiss her, but another part of him was telling him that he needed to be a gentlemen and not attack her like a horny teenager. He would definitely wait to make sure she was feeling the same feelings as he was before he put any sort of moves on her.

Cho saw the way Rolf looked at her, but she couldn't place it. She smiled. "What?" she asked. "Do I have something on my face?" She laughed, running her hand over her mouth gently wondering if there was some Firewhiskey there or something. She took another sip of her drink, feeling it numb her, eating away at her better judgment. With each sip, she wanted more and more to just kiss Rolf and see what happened. Yeah. Poor judgment indeed. She closed her eyes, seriously debating for a moment before she leaned forward a bit. "So, we've established that I like everything, including you. But what about you, Mr. Scamander." She asked. "What do you like? Would you even be so bold as to say you liked me?" She smiled. She was a lot more than tipsy, but she didn't care. Right now, what she wanted was an answer to her question.

Rolf shook his head quickly as she asked if he had something on her face. "No, you don't," he answered her with a small smile. "Nothing is on your face. It looks good just the way it is," he said as he leaned forward slightly, that smile still on his face as he looked over at her. "What do I like? Hmmm," he said in thought as he tapped his chin lightly. "I like learning, reading Shakespeare, Quidditch," he said and leaned slightly forward even more. "You," he added queitly, wondering if he should have admitted that or not. He found himself not really caring though, the firewhiskey making him feel slightly out of it and not caring about much at the moment. It was letting him loosen up and be more outgoing than he normally was.

Cho smiled at him. "Good." He leaned forward slightly again as he listed the things he liked. He was right. They did have a lot in common. He leaned forward even more. He liked her as well? Really? Their faces were only a few inches apart and Cho could easily just move forward those next few inches. Just a few more inches and she would be kissing Rolf. Just a few more inches. Cho smiled at him. She leaned forward that few more inches and kissed him.

He kept his eyes on her for a moment, nothing really being said as they just stared at each other for a bit. Their faces were close, so close that even the smallest bit of movement and they would be kissing. She made the first move though, closing the distance between them and allowing their lips to meet. It wasn't as though Rolf was really that surprised, for he had had found himself eagerly waiting for the kiss to happen. He kept it slow at first, his hand moving to rest lightly on her cheek as their lips began to move rhythmically together.

Rolf reacted quickly, his hand coming up to rest on her cheek. Cho leaned a bit farther into the kiss, deepening it slightly. Her hand came up to rest on top of Rolf's hand. Rolf was a really good kisser. Though that fact intimidated Cho a bit, she kept going. This was what she had wanted. She could taste the Firewhiskey on his breath, as she was sure he could as well. She didn't stop. She kept kissing him. She was happy with this result. She didn't want to pull away. She wouldn't pull away. She would look to Rolf to do that. She didn't want to stop.

Rolf slowly began to deepen the kiss more and more, leaning forward across the table just a little bit more as he deepened the kiss. He let his hand move from her cheek to rest of the back of her head, entangling itself in her hair lightly as he kept her face close to his. He parted his lips, letting his tongue slide out of his mouth and lightly slide across her bottom lip, asking for entrance into her mouth. He hoped he didn't seem too eager, or like a teenager with raging hormones but he just couldn't help himself. He needed something like this right now.

Rolf deepened the kiss and Cho knew somewhere in the back of her mind that this wasn't right, that this wasn't going anywhere good. She pushed that notion aside, because she was here with Rolf, where nothing could really go wrong. His hand moved from her cheek to the back of her head, where he lightly tangled his fingers in her hair. She was surprised when she felt his tongue, but nevertheless, gladly opened her mouth, granting him entrance. She leaned in a bit closer, letting her own tongue do whatever Rolf wished it to. She wanted this.

Rolf slid his tongue into her mouth when he felt her lips part and deepened the kiss even more, letting his tongue intertwine with hers for a moment before pulling out of the kiss completely. He didn't move his hand or move back away from her, instead just pressing his forehead lightly to hers as he looked into her eyes. "Look, I apologize for being so forward about this... but I like you Cho and I'm starting to get a little drunk so I'm not completely in control of what I say or do and well--can we move somewhere else? Somewhere more private?" he asked quietly as he kept his eyes locked on hers, praying that she would say yes.

Cho responded almost instantly to Rolf's tongue, letting it intertwine with hers. She was confused when he pulled away and slightly hurt. Did he not want her? Was she not good enough? He pressed his forehead against hers lightly. Cho closed her eyes and savored the contact. She opened them again and looked into his eyes, hoping that she could be like this with him more than just this once. Somewhere more... private? His eyes were looking directly into hers. She wanted this, and she knew he did as he was the one asking. She looked into his eyes. Yes. she wanted to say. She didn't know if that was the alcohol talking or herself. Before she could think anything through, she spoke. "Yes." she breathed.

Rolf let out a small sigh of relief as she said yes, for he really needed someone like her to give him what he really needed, a distraction. It was something that he had needed it for a while now, and he was hoping that Cho would help him forget about Viktor and really get over him completely. He stood up from the table and gestured for her to follow him before walking over to Aberforth and putting down some money for one of the rooms upstairs. After Aberforth agreed and gave him the key, Rolf walked up the stairs to go to their room.

Cho dutifully followed him to Aberforth until he got the key, then she followed his upstairs to their room. Their room. She was so giddy and she wasn't sure if it was the alcohol or herself. Cho giggled as she walked closely behind him. Once they were upstairs, Cho looked at Rolf for a moment. Before they even got to the room, she kissed him again, except this time it was rougher. More need was placed into the kiss than before. She wanted this.
