"Oh, women do tend to find me distracting, I must say. I do apologize, Ginny," Sirius says, his smirk widening as she mentions going to the pitch. "Oh, so you're a fan of flying, then? Like riding brooms?"

... You know where this is going. I had more written out but Sirius said he wouldn't be THAT direct... yet.

Cormac wasn't about to stop irking Ginny with her name. It was what he did best. "Ginevra! You fly?!" Cormac was actually a bit taken back. "You know, I'm a fantastic keeper! This one time, my brother was shooting at me and it nearly went in. It was a little below my broom. BUT, you know, I'm an amazing keeper. SO, I held on to the broom and went below the broom and blocked it." Cormac grinned with memories.

Sirius wonders if this Cormac guy is for real, because he's pretty sure that in comparison, he's just increasing Sirius' sexiness by being rather obnoxious.

Ginny just stared at Cormac and wondered if this guy was for real. Was he that dense that he had to go and use her name? Instead of commenting or giving him any sort of attention, she just shook her head. "Yes, I fly. Obviously I ride brooms," she stated. "I mean, I've been riding them since I was six years old."

Yeah. Dom is now just setting poor Ginny up for the comments.

"Oh, so you're an experienced girl, aren't you? Tell me-- what kind of broom do you like to ride? Just curious, is all, I mean, quidditch is one of my favorite games, as it should be," Sirius says, focusing his eyes on Ginny's brown ones intently, a playful grin on his face and a naughty glint in his eyes. "You like 'em with a nice, long handle, or you like to put your hands on something a little on the thicker side, get a better grip on it?"

Just as she was about to comment on how she likes her brooms with longer handles, she heard Cormac's comment and her eyes widened a bit. "Oh," she said, cheeks flushing a bit. "Well...I... wait," she said, turning to face Cormac and crossing her arms over her chest. "Didn't I already tell you that I don't want you using my full name, McLaggen," she said, saying his last name with disgust. "I don't care how arrogant you might be, no one but my parents get away with saying it. Got it?" she asked, raising an eyebrow and looking at him like he was a small child.

That's just not very polite," Sirius mocks, laughing lightly, but not in a cruel way. "And nobody was speaking of sexual exploits. I was merely curious, as I said-- I like a girl who knows her way around a broom."

"Oh, well then. Maybe we can fly together sometime," she started before Cormac just had to go and act like an arse. Enough was enough. He really, truly needed to be put in his place. "Apparently you really are as dense as you look," she huffed, ignoring his last comment. Turning quickly, she faced him while taking her wand out in one swift movement. "Any other comments you wish to make? I'll have you know that the bat-bogey hex isn't the only spell I'm good at."

Ginny is oblivious to being looked at because she is really tempted to hex McLaggen right now. But, his offer is rather tempting. "Arrogance doesn't look good on you," she commented. "And fine. You really think that you're that great of a keeper? Then I suppose we'll have to see it. What do you say Black?" she asked, looking back over at Sirius.

Sirius says, because he's a rich motherfucker like that, and there are awesome bonuses to being the pureblood heir, and broomsticks are one of them. He grins when it arrives, gripping it firmly as he grins widely at Ginny, ready to kick some McLaggen ass with her.

Well, Ginny is not a rich motherfucker. She is a Weasley. We don't even need to mention their financial situation. She just has some little, pretty shitty broom that she summons on down. But hey, maybe Sirius will be nice and let her ride his broom.

Cormac smirked, he liked a challenge. "Alright, let's go. Accio Nimbus 2000." His broomstick quickly arrived in his right hand. He threw his right leg over the broom and kicked off. "To the quidditch pitch!" Cormac zoomed off towards the quidditch pitch.

Astoria walked down to the lake, holding her tray of Jello shots. She reached a spot that looked like a good place to sit down and turned around to make sure Al was still following her. They had made sixty in total and were ready for some major fun SAINT PATTIES DAY NEVER HAVE I EVER.
