When is everyone on winter break from school/uni?

For the AWF role play, there will be an actual winter break period where students can either go home for the holidays, or stay at Hogwarts.
This gives people going away a legit excuse to not RP for a while, or give people an excuse to go to their respective houses in a misc location, or something.
Cool stuff, right?
But I need to know when to start it.
When does everyone's semester/winter break end/start?

I think I want to teach instead of actually do graphic design. Then I can just bully the kids into doing the stuff and not have to do it myself. YUP.
Maybe teachers can get more break too.... *hopes*
