*Hermione is wandering aimlessly, enjoying the fresh air when she spots Tam. Her stomach clenches a little bit, remembering the last time they'd spoken, but she pushes her uneasiness aside and goes to sit with her twin.*

*Squeezes her hand slightly and looks out over the water. It had hurt her, the way she felt like she'd stood by Tam through everything, but then when she'd messed up Tam had been first in line to tear her down over it, but she felt that bad blood washing away already*

We were both out of line - I'm sorry too. I got so cuaght up in trying to pretend everything was ok and then everything got so messed up and I don't know what happened, I just sort of cracked up a bit...

*looks back at Tam*
I honestly never meant to hurt anyone. And I'm trying, I'm not going to drink anymore, so....

Yeah, I tried to hide it mostly, but Remus figured it out... He's helping me stop. We... we decided to give it another shot, too... [bloody hell, how many times has she said THAT in recent history lol!]

*Shakes her head*

Why are we talking about me anyway? What about you - how are you feeling? How's the baby? What's been going on with you lately - I need to stop being so self-involved already! *laughs a little*

*For the first time, she realises exactly how much damage she and Malfoy had caused and she feels terrible all over again. She squeezes Tam's hand and remains silent, gesturing for her to go on*

Well right after the fight I ran into Peter Pan in the forest.. Actually in the clearing where Peter and I had gotten together the week before... Then that same afternoon I ran into Adrian and Koemi and well *blushes*

*Gives Tam a funny look, wondering where she and Peter stand now, but recognises the pointed change in subject and goes with it*

He's ok. Things were a bit rough there for a while - I think he was trying to force something with Snape that just wasn't there and in the end the pressure got to him too. So we're just taking things sort of slowly for now, trying to work out how we, you know, work. Feels right though - I feel happier than I have since... and I think he's happy too.
