While Laurel was waiting for Vee, she began contemplating if there was a secret recipe for sugar quills that she could steal.
When she saw Vee running down towards the pitch, she called out to her,
"Hey, Vee. It seems that you've set a record for changing into Quidditch robes. I have two questions: one, what position do you play? and two, do you know if there's a secret recipe for sugar quills?" Laurel looked expectantly at Vee.

"Why thank you!" Vee bowed. "I was quite speedy if I say so myself. And about those sugar quills. I know of no secret recipes, but Honeydukes would have the recipe. We will have to sneak down there at some point and put our fabulous flirting skills to use to convince the guy working at the counter to give it to us. It worked really well when Rose and I wanted to make hot chocolate." She laughed.

"Alright, let's play!" Vee climbed on her broom, A snitch-snatcher prototype from her uncle, and flew off into the air, looping around. She could help Laurel practice, she had a bit of experience with chasing because her cousin always made her play chaser. Stupid Caroline.

As Laurel pushed off the ground, she saw a person coming down the hill. She called out to Vee,
"Hey,Vee! Do you see that person coming down here? Do you know her?"

"She looks like a Slytherin." Vee said, a bit disdainfully, seeing the green and silver tie on the girl's uniform.

as alice ran, holding her brothers broom like a bat, she noticed two girls just taking flight. She ignored them, as she hopped on her brothers bat an sped toward the 7th year Slytherin boy. "if you touch my brother again your going to wish you had never been born you--" and she continued in a rather rude manner. he flew of the court, and she saw him land on the grounds. she turned back to the other girls, preparing a quick apology in her head

Laurel looked over at Vee. She was a bit wary of Slytherins, but who wasn't. Maybe this one would be okay...
Laurel touched down and waited for the girl to approach.
She yelled to the girl,
"Hey! Are you new here?"

ANYWAY! sorry to interrupt you. but um, the Hufflepuffs are on their way down here now. i was coming down to watch my brother play for the first time, you going to get kicked of soon, sorry. apparently the captain is mental, he always wants Hufflepuff to win, even though they all know that they don't really have a chance..."
she looked at the girls, who seemed to have trouble understanding what she had said. one of them mlooked like they were saying "Hufflepuff?" under their breath.
"yes, my brother is in Hufflepuff!" i said, with a little more distain then i had meant
