Severus stumbles in, looking distressed. He sees the note on his bed and freaks out even more, thinking about what he's just done with George. Fuck this, I can't reply to her! She'll KILL me if I tell her that I slept with George, if she freaks out this much over just a kiss. Beg for forgiveness? He'd be damned if he was going to tell Lily! No. He'd just hope she never, ever, ever found out about this. He runs to the bathroom and splashes his face with water, then quickly gets dressed for prom and leaves to find Lily.

Draco walked in after Pansy sent him here which hasn't happened yet but needs to cause Draco & Snape need to talk. Sitting on his bed he looked at Snape. "What's wrong with you? All your injuries better?"

"Hm?" Severus said distractedly, then sat up abruptly when he realized it was Draco. "Oh, yeah, I'm fine," he said absentmindedly, staring at the wall behind him. "What's up? How's she doing? Figured you'd want to take care of her yourself, so I didn't stick around," he said.

I mean I always know where I am" He was musing and overtired and whatever Tam is right now which isn't anything good. "Hey mate, would you be a groomsman for me.... I seem to be suffering from a severe lack of friends"

Severus decides to not make a comment about him having friends if he ever showed up around here, but instead smiles forcedly. "Of course. I'd love to," he said, hoping his smile looked somewhat realistic. A month ago he'd been demanding to be such, but right now, that just made him feel like shit.

"Thanks mate... Scorp's my best man and Marcus is the other groomsman... god i can't believe it's Thursday..." He stared up at the ceiling trying to remember the last time he'd been in his dorm. "Wow... I really haven't been here in forever have I? So what've you been doing?" He rolled onto his side and smirked at Snape, "or should I say who?"

Severus gulped and laughed awkwardly. "Er, funny you should ask... Um, there was this babe Alecto- I don't think I've met a girl more forward than her since Adrian. I think it took all of three sentences before her clothes came off. Must find that one again," he said with a grin.

"Yeah, she is," he said, staring at the ground again. Well this is awkward. "But I really haven't been doing much fucking or drinking lately- oh don't look so horrified, even I can go a whole two days without that-" he said with a grin. "Mostly been cutting back on the drinking, though. I've been talking to Remus again, and he wants me to at least make sure I don't die of alcohol poisoning before NEWTs are over."

Draco was shocked by the drinking announcement but that didn't compare on any scale to the idea of Snape and Remus talking again. "When the fuck did you start talking to him again?!?!?!??! You two have the messiest fucking history EVER... EVERRRRRRRRRRR"

Severus wasn't even going to bother denying that. "Er, well, I ran into him the other day- actually, he ran into me, more specifically, I was kind of minding my own business when he walked in. But we had a civil conversation, and he mentioned needing some help with some stuff for the potions NEWT, so I met up with him the next day to help him out a little. I haven't really seen him since then, though and that was like a week ago. I felt bad, though- I lied to him about not drinking, but apparently some little shit told him I was wandering about the common room like a drunk all the time- which I do, so I can't even lie about that," he said with a laugh. "So I told him the truth and said I'd limit it a bit," he said, because he's still a whipped little bitch when it comes to Remus, and he won't say no to anything he says.

"Sev" Draco flopped back onto his bed, "Him walking into the potions room and needing help is how this whole thing started. I'm sure you remember. And you probably should drink less... So should Pansy. You two get far too drunk far too often. You're such bad influences on each other... Merlin only knows why I trust you two together."

Severus paled slightly. Er, the same reasons she trusts *us* to drink together? he thought to himself, because Eowyn's inner Severus said that to her, and she had to post it. "We're not such bad influences on each other... other than this whole ordeal with the duel and all," he said, though he was talking about more than the fight, unbeknown to Draco. "And yeah, that is how that started, but it's not happening again. He's not going to make that mistake again, and I'm not stupid enough to fall for it even if he does try," he said, more to himself than anything else. "He's married, Draco. And he has a kid. It's not happening. I've got nothing to worry about."
