AND YES! When River was talking about how all the Doctor's 'firsts' are 'lasts' for her, and then when she realised it was the first time they'd kissed in the Doctor's timeline, and he'd never kiss her again.... *hugs her forever*
Also, I loved the part when the Silence was like 'we have no need of weapons' and Crowly-I-forget-his-DW-Name >.> just shoots him and is like 'Welcome to America'. DIED.

BUT YES. Here are my theories (I have 2):
1. The little girl is the daughter of Amy and the Doctor. Amy was pregnant the first time she said she was, but because she kept seeing the Silence while she was pregnant she doesn't remember any of it, and then she had the child put in the orphanage because she couldn't remember who it was and that it was hers. So, she's half timelord.
2. It's Jenny, and she's regenerated at least once since we saw her last, into the small child.

Ooh I like those theories! I was trying to do the math and figure out how long it had been/if Amy could've given birth in that timeframe. I thought it was only 3 months, and she definitely wasn't 6 months along at the outset... but then with everything so completely messed up it's still possible. I like to think that it's Amy & 11's child.
It would be interesting if it was Jenny too, though!

It depends on the person, really - some people carry far back and don't gain much weight and don't even know until they go into labour. Generally though you'd probably expect people to start showing by 3 months. Especially in television....
