Nikki just rolled her eyes. "She's been sweet to me and Chris, and that's what matters." She smiled at Cissy.

Narcissa smiled gratefully at Nikki. She wasn't so good with dealing with members of her family, especially troublemakers like Sirius.

Sirius rolled his eyes "Last time I checked you were still on the precious family tree." That was the last thing Sirius said before walking
away.

Nikki took a step closer to Cissy, her hand brushing her wand, ready to jump to Cissy's defense should a fight break out. She hoped it wouldn't come to that. it would be setting a bad example for Chris. "Sirius, would you mind not being so negative? It gives out bad vibes, and I don't want Chris to have to deal with those."

Glares around at the sudden arrival of all these people around her. She wishes she had some REAL Slytherins to hang out with.

Cissy stood up then, put down Chris, and with her face turning a bit, spoke to Sirius's retreating form. "Sirius, I thought you of all people wouldn't want to be labeled by your family name... What makes my case different? Just because I'm related to them, because I have been acting like a 'good girl' this whole time?" She frowned. "Talk to me."

[Yeah, I actually got that JUST after I sent that last message... XD]

[Ginny Weasley]

"Don't worry about him Cissy," Dom says. "He's not worth it." She feels glares coming from Millicent and huffs.

Cissy sighed, looking again at Sirius's back. "You're right, I guess... It was his decision, after all..." she said with a soft, bitter chuckle.

Sirius turned around "I don't want to be labeled by my family name, that's why I left. You on the other hand are going to turn out just like the rest of them. I don't want to talk to you" Sirius walked away for good

Nikki scooped up Chris. "Really guys, I think I read somewhere that anger is bad for developing babies." She realized no one was listening. Sighing she began to whisper sweet things to Chris, trying to combat the overwhelming bad vibes.

[I am totally making up the bad vibe thing.]

[No, I've totally heard that yelling around kids before isn't a good thing.]

"Sorry, Nikki... He gets me riled up sometimes, you know?" she smiled softly. "I just want to know what's gotten into him... Maybe he's not 'officially' family anymore, but I would bet you anything Regulus still misses him. Reg idolized him..." she snapped out of her reverie. "Well, enough about that. I haven't ever really spoken to you, Dom, or you Millicent. What's up with you?"

Keeping one arm around the baby, she hugged Narcissa, making a mental note to talk to her later about this. She seemed so sad. And the change of topic was pretty glaringly obvious.

Narcissa found it easier to smile around Nikki and, at this point, was extremely grateful that she was the one who was there rather than... Oh she didn't even know! She returned the hug and noted that she needed to spend more time with the Ravenclaw.

Bellatrix just shrugged and casually walked over to her sister and Nikki.
"Pay him no mind, Cissy. He doesn't matter. We haven't deserted our noble family, though this place isn't very interesting. I'll see you later." She walked off across the grounds toward the castle.

Doesn't want to be involved in small talk with Gryffindors. Was hoping there had been a fight that broke out. She sits, all fat, in silence

Nikki couldn't help bit giggle a little at bellatrix. The aura around her was solid arrogance. Nikki wondered if she bit the air around Bellatrix if she would taste it.

Cissy blinked, having not even realized Bella's presence. "Oh, bye, Bella!" she smiled and waved at her sister. She nearly rolled her eyes at her sister, then looked at her watch and bit her lip. "I hate to say it, but I actually have to get going, too. You know, Potions work and such," Cissy brushed herself off and ruffled Chris's hair before skipping off. "Let's all talk again sometime!" she called over her shoulder, waving goodbye.

Nikki waved goodbye at Narcissa, smiling slightly. She turned to Dom, and smiled.

[Dom are you still here?]

[Ginny Weasley]

"Bye Cissy!" Dom says. She glances around the lake, and notices it was just her, Nikki, and Millicent.

Nikki turned slightly, so her back was to that Slytherin girl who was clearly antagonistic. "Well, anything major happen in your life?"

[Ginny Weasley]

"Nope, not that I can think of," she says laughing and then sparing a glance at the large girl sitting by herself. "What about you?"

[Reed Dawson]

Millicent realizes there aren't ANY Slytherins at the lake. She grimaces at the people around her. She goes back to sketching snakes, adding people wearing red and gold, being devoured by them.

[Nikki Orwell]

"Well, besides my rescue or kidnapping of Chris here, not much." Nikki felt her face pale as the consequences finally hit her. "Dom, am I going to end up his mother? Does Dee not want him? I don't know if I can be a good mom?" Nikki began to hyperventilate.

[Ginny Weasley]

"Oh Nikki, I'm sure everything is going to be okay! I'm sure you won't become his mother, there are other options if Dee doesn't want him. And I'll always be here to help you," Dom says giving her a hug to calm her down.

She rolls her eyes at the stupidity of the conversation that is taking place in front of her.
