[I DON'T KNOW. I ONLY ASKED RACHEL LIKE EIGHT TIMES LAST NIGHT TO NO ANSWER. Gellert's used ecstasy before on here but earlier via PM me and Rachel had discussed them being narcotics, so I have NO CLUE. *will use creative license*]

Reg walks into the dorm, visibly upset. He sits on his bed and stares at the ceiling, not sure what to think about Cormac and Viktor. He briefly wondered where Gellert was, as he was the only one who ever showed up in the dormitory these days. Merlin, he'd kill for a cigarette right now... Wait, he didn't have the cigarettes, but he did have the stuff Gellert had given him. He reached under his bed and toyed with the bag, not sure what to do.

Gellert enters the dorm, dropping his books onto the floor. He looks up to see Reg sitting on his bed. "Alright, I've braced myself for any cardboard boxes that will potentially be thrown at my face." He walks to his bed and sits down, tired.

Regulus chuckles, and drops the baggie back onto his bed. "Hey, I said I was sorry about that," he said with a half smile, half frown. "What's up?"

"Kidding, kidding," he says, looking from Reg to the pills and smirking, "just met another awkward transfer student. Although she really wasn't awkward at all. She was like veela or something. I'm sure I made a complete fool out of myself, as always happens around veelas." He chuckles, and looks back at the little baggie, "So? Did you take one? Or maybe two or three?"

Regulus laughed. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure any guy would be a fool around a veela. Except me, I guess," he said with a small laugh. "Don't think that works on gay guys. But no, I didn't. I was thinking about it a minute ago, though. Shitty day."

He ran a hand through his hair. "Well if you think about it then you're not gonna do it. It only happens when you don't think." He shrugged. "If you want to do it alone, I can leave," he offered, vaguely thinking that he himself might want a pill. He felt around for the bag under his pillow before realizing that he had given it to Reg, and wouldn't be able to get more until Saturday.

Reg shrugged, and opened the bag, pulling out a single pill. "It doesn't matter, I guess," he said, hesitating a moment before swallowing the pill.

He wondered fleetingly if the drugs would have the same effect on Reg as they did on him, and, drumming his feet against the wooden bottom of his bed. "No," he said, a smile spreading across his face, "Nothing will matter now."

Regulus tried to return his smile but failed, and lay down on his bed, staring at the ceiling and waiting for the drugs to take effect. "When did you start this stuff anyway?"

Regulus lay in silence for what seemed like a long while, until he finally felt a smile creep onto his face as the drugs took effect. The room seemed odd, somehow- more colorful? More vibrant? It all seemed so much more real, to him. He looks over at Gellert, noting how different he looks, his eyes brighter, his hair blonder, his lips more rosy. Wait, what? He was not looking at Gellert's lips, no he was not.

He saw the shift in Reg's eyes and knew that he was experiencing that feeling that you get at the beginning--and, thinking about it, Gellert could almost experience it too. He felt his gaze on his face, and wondered whether the drugs made Reg want to touch someone the way they did to Gellert. "Good, huh?" he asked, quietly, running a hand through his hair.

Regulus was startled by Gellert's voice, and sat up abruptly, wide eyed. "Mhm. Good," he says, looking a little wild and staring at Gellert intently. "You look different. It all looks... different. You're pretty," he says, nodding vigorously.

Regulus giggled. Yes, he giggled. He'd be upset about giggling but he finds that he can't physically be upset at all. He feels funny, lethargic, and grins like a loon. "You were right. Way better than smoking," he says, tilting his head sideways to look at Gellert from a different angle.

He smirks, wondering whether he was this ridiculous while under the influence. Now that he was watching, he realized why some people stayed sober at parties, it was, after all, fun to watch. "Yeah," he says, laughing, "I'm usually right. I don't know if you've noticed." He suddenly wanted a pill very badly, but only so that he could throw himself on top of Regulus and blame it on the drugs. Now it didn't seem acceptable, even inside his head.

Regulus liked the way Gellert laughed. Or maybe it was the way laughter in general sounded with the drugs in his system. He twirled the baggie in his fingers, and smiled. "Thank you, Gellert," he said, his voice unnaturally high pitched. "And I guess you are rightttt."

"Again?" he asked, half teasingly. Reg's voice was abnormally high, something that had never happened to him before, but he shrugged, and accepted it as another effect of the drugs, although it did weird him out a little. "Do you want to stop talking?" he asked Reg, knowing how flustered he always got while speaking, as he absentmindedly drew circle after circle with his toe on the floor.

"Maybeee," he said, giggling a little again. He falls back onto his bed again, staring at the ceiling. "Boys are stupid," he declared, picking up his wand and sending purple sparks into the air that shower down on him.
