[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius is walking up to his dorm when he sees Regulus' door is opened slightly. He really has nothing better to do, so he peeks his head inside to see his friend looking a lot sexier than usual without all that make up and shit. He smiles and lets himself in without a word, walking over to Regulus' bed to to say hello because he's quite happy today. His mama sent him new clothes which he is now wearing. "Hey, Regulus. Something wrong?" he asks as he makes himself comfortable by sitting down on the bed.

"I hate men." Regulus does not feel the need to elaborate as he is feeling pissy. Sorry this is short, but he has nothing more he would like me to post.

[Lucius Malfoy]

"Oh," he says, not really knowing how to respond to that. "Did you catch Viktor with the Spare again?" Spare is capitalized as it should be.

[Guest]

"No. He snogged my brother during a game of spin the bottle. No, couldn't just peck him on the lips or something. Had to put on a fucking show," he growled, a lot more angry, as opposed to how upset and sad he'd been when Viktor was with the Spare.

[Lucius Malfoy]

"Regulus," he said sharply. "Why are you still with him? He obviously doesn't care about you in the slightest. First Cedric, now this? You can't honestly think he loves you," he said with a completely serious expression. "It's almost as if he wants to hurt you."

Regulus' jaw dropped at his words, and he sat up abruptly, glaring angrily. "That's not true! You don't know him! He does love me, he does. We talked yesterday, we really talked- didn't fight, either. I told him I wouldn't go with him this summer, and he was okay with that, but he was upset about it. And we talked, Lucius. He does care, I know he does," he said insistently, though no matter how convinced his voice sounded, his eyes betrayed his doubt and fear.

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius looked coldly into Regulus' silver eyes that so obviously betrayed him. "Fine. Keep telling yourself that because honestly, right now it looks like you're trying harder to convince yourself of that rather than me. Think what you must, Regulus. I just don't like seeing my friends being upset, and recently you've been nothing but, and it's all his fault."

Regulus paled and sighed, burying his face in his hands, then peeked out at Lucius between his fingers. "I hate this. Not knowing, if he really means it, when he says he loves me. I didn't feel the need to doubt him before, but now," he paused, removing his face from his hands to look at Lucius properly, "I just don't know anymore. I just-- do you think he did it, because he saw us together?" he asked suddenly, turning white and wide eyed.

[Lucius Malfoy]

"That could be it," he said, hoping to cheer Regulus up. "You two have quite the little revenge game going on here, don't you?" he commented with a slight smirk. "Did he happen to mention that when you two talked? Did he seem annoyed? Jealous? Angry?"

[Cormac McLaggen]

[ Cormac grabs a trapeze and does a whole routine while entering including flips, spins, and the occasional revealing of his abs. He lands on the ground and performs a whole dance number to 'Toxic' by Britney Spears. He does a triple front flip and lands on his bed and passes out.]

[Regulus wonders why Cormac pretends to be straight if he can do a dance routine to Britney Spears.]

"Game? I don't want to play any more fucking games, Lucius. I just want my boyfriend back. I-- I don't know, honestly. He seemed upset, but I don't think it was about what he saw, honestly. He's been upset with me in general, lately- there's tension, and I don't know why. But regardless, I'm tired of this. I don't want to hurt him anymore, and I don't want him to hurt me. But I'm not so sure he gives a damn about hurting me, anymore."

[Cormac McLaggen]

[Who doesn't do dance routines to Britney Spears..]

[Lucius Malfoy]

"Okay then. No more games, but you better not let him get away with this, Regulus. The next time you see that boy, I expect you to tell him exactly how much he hurt you with that kiss, understand?" he said firmly, and that is about as Mama Bear as Lucius is going to get. "Now, I really don't want to talk about his as it is only making you feel worse. I'm going to cheer you up, Black," he said with a chipper smile as he pulled the serpent handle from his pimp cane to release his wand and summon in a bottle of red wine to cheer up his friend along with two wine glasses.



He smiles as he pours them both a glass, and hands it over to Regulus. "I suppose a toast is in order," he says, back to his smooth, calm voice that leaves Regulus up to the decision of what to toast to.

I DO LOVE THAT WINE, I DO, I DO. IT REALLY TASTES LIKE SIN I SWEAR.

Regulus sighed and then gulped as he saw the wine. "Er- Lucius- I don't drink. I can't drink. Drinking and me do not go well, no they do not. Drinking and me leads to bad situations. I have no tolerance. None. Zilch."

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius looked appalled as he left his arm out for Regulus to take the glass. "A Black turning down wine? I don't believe this. Trust me, Regulus. If you're talking about that Firebeer then of course you don't drink. That stuff is cheap and should all be destroyed. I drink only the best, and from now on, so will you. Now take the drink. You'll feel better if you do."

Regulus did take the glass, but does not take a sip. "I'm talking about any kind of alcohol. It does not go well. Firebeer. Firewhiskey. Tequila. Oh gods, no, no tequila, never again, bad, bad, bad times. Very bad. Dancing on bars. Singing hobbit drinking songs. Must not repeat. I can't drink, sorry, Lucius. Bad."

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius smirked at the image of Regulus singing and dancing on bars, but couldn't help but look disappointed in him. "Not even one little sip? It tastes good, I promise. You won't do it? Not even for me?" he asked, looking into Regulus eyes, ignoring his own blonde hair that had fallen into his face as he looked down at Regulus.

Regulus sighed and looked apprehensively at the glass, then up at Lucius' disappointed face. "I-- Fine. I'll... a little, okay? But I won't drink much. At all. No more than this glass. Nope. Won't do it," he said decisively, then tentatively took a small sip of his wine.

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius smiled as his eyes followed the glass all the way up to Regulus' lips. "You see? Now was that so hard? And it tastes good too, does it not? Nothing like that Firebeer they drink at parties."

Regulus smiled a little and nodded, though he still looks rather sad. "It is a lot nicer," he admitted, taking another, slightly larger sip. "Lucius, you're such a good friend. Thanks. I don't really have a lot of people I can count on, but I feel like I can trust you," he said honestly, because lolwuthesanidiot.

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius smirks and takes a sip of his own wine as he keeps his eyes on Regulus, wishing he hadn't let him leave the other night because he could tell Regulus loved Viktor too much to give Lucius another chance at having him. Well, well, well. "I think you're a good friend too, Regulus. That's why it upsets me when I see you with Krum. You really don't deserve to be treated like that, you know," he said with a small hint of sympathy. Whether it was genuine or not doesn't matter considering Lucius is a good enough actor to make anyone think it is.

Regulus sighed and looked down at the glass in his hand, recalling all the wonderful times he'd shared with Viktor, along with all the times Viktor had made him feel like shit-- why Cedric, of all people? Couldn't he at least pick someone who wasn't such a spare? Being rejected for that was almost more depressing than being cheated on in the first place. "I don't know what I want anymore. We used to be happy together, but now? I don't know if he even likes me, let alone loves me."

[Lucius Malfoy]

Lucius pursed his lips as he ran his finger around the edge of his glass, thinking of how different things would be if the Black heir would man up and lose the mugglelover. "I know you don't want to hear this, but even the happiest of couples grow apart, Reg. I was just talking to this pretty girl the other day. Polly, I think it was. She told me how perfect and loving her boyfriend was, and you know what happened? She found out that he was spotted with another girl," he says in a soft voice, thinking of the poor, vulnerable french girl. "It's always the good guys who end up hurting you, because you didn't see it coming from them. You never imagined they would do something like this, so when they finally do, it comes as a slap in the face. And the good, innocent people like you and Polly end up getting hurt and left alone in the end."
