Under a Random Tree

Alice had somehow found herself wandering throughout the grounds and settling underneath a tall tree. It wasn't an unpleasant thing, of course, as she never seemed to leave the castle, and loved opportunities where the sun was shining and everything seemed so happy. She soon felt herself relaxing and dozing off.

Gabby sits nearby, mulling over what had happened in the Hospital Wing.

Alice yawned and rubbed her eyes, blinking wearily at her surroundings. "Whazzat?" she yawned. "What'd I miss?"

Gabrielle looks at the random stranger. "Oh, I did not see 'ou there. And I don't theenk 'ou missed anytheeng."

Alice blinked at the strangely adorable girl in front of her. "Oh, I didn't realize you were here, either. Who're you?" she asked, cocking her head to the side.

[Gabby Delacour - Inactive]

"I'm Gabrielle Delacour. Who are 'ou?" This girl seemed nice, but quirky too.

"I'm Alice Prewett," she said with a grin. "And Delacour? That sounds fancy... Or French. Where're you from, anyways?" she said, asking about her accent.

[Gabby Delacour - Inactive]

[Changed your name?]

"Nice to meet 'ou. I'm from France originally, so yes. My name ees French."

[Yup. According to Google, Alice was a Prewett!!]

"Wow, that's kinda amazingly cool," she said with a smile, leaning against the tree trunk. "Is it like, super pretty there or what? I've always been dying to go there!"

[Gabby Delacour - Inactive]

"I lived een Paris, and eet was gorgeous at night. All ze lights were lit up, like a starry night."

[Oh cool! And I have no idea where the Delacours lived, so yeah.]

Alice walked to her self-declared tree and sat down to start doodling.

Viktor walked towards a tree to escape some of the fangirls and saw someone doodling. "Hello. Mind if I sit down 'ere?"

Alice snapped up and grinned. "Sure thing!!" she said and scooted over. "Wow, what's up with everyone and the supercool accents? Where are YOU from, good sir?" she chirped.

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

Viktor smiled and sat down. "I am from Durmstrang in Bulgaria. I just transfered 'ere." He reached out to shake her hand. "I'm Viktor by the way."

Alice smiled and shook his hand. "Alice!" she put aside her notebook. "So, Durmstrang, huh? What was that like? I heard it was all boys; was it weird?"

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

"Vell it vas much colder than 'ere and ve had a smaller castle, and lets just say I definitely like 'aving all these ladies 'ere at 'Ogwarts. It is a nice change." He chuckled.

[Gabby Delacour - Inactive]

Gabby wakes from her doze and looks around her.

"Oh, so, a ladies' man, are we?" Alice chuckled and winked. She then noticed Gabby waking up. "Oh, hey! Gabrielle! I don't know if you have met Viktor, but he's from Bulgaria and has a cool accent too!!"

"I meet 'im at ze tournament a few years ago. And we are een ze same 'ouse." She smiles at both of them. "'Ow 'ave you been?"

"I haff been good Gabby. And yourself?"

"I 'ave been good. I met some more people and zey were all very nice. Except for a Bellatrix Lestrange. She was quite rude to me."

Viktor frowned. "Yes I met a boy who vas mean too. He mocked my accent. I didn't get 'is name though. The other haff all been nice though."

Alice frowned. Everyone seemed to have had a bad encounter with SOMEBODY; apparently, she had lucked out and was glad she hadn't encountered any mean people. "Why would anyone mock your accent?" She asked. "It's AMAZING."
