Faye ran into the common room. Going to the ball had been a stupid idea, but it had confirmed her worst thoughts. Both of them didn't know what they wanted and neither of them cared about her. It was frustrating knowing that she had let herself be played like that. She sat down on the couch, letting her hair down, staring down at the formal dress that no longer mattered.

Faye didn't want to sit in the common room by herself. It made her look lonely and pathetic. She reluctantly stood up and smoothed the wrinkles from her dress and left the common room to return to the ball.

Daphne walked in and placed her shoes down and jumped down on the couch. "Wow, is everyone STILL dancing.. shows how pathetic I am" She said to herself (haha that just adds to it) Daphne then looks up at the ceiling bored, and starts humming a song to herself.

Scorpius enters the Common Room. He gives the girl who is there a slight nod of the head, then goes to the corner with his couple of bottles of Firebeer. He sits down and opens one, hoping to at least enjoy the night a little bit.

Scorpius gives a slight shake of his head as she left. He thought girls loved stupid balls. Apparently not all of them enjoyed it. He only hoped that Faye was having a good time. She sure as hell seemed to have fun dancing with Black. He took another swig of his drink and tried not to think of all the guys that would be dancing with her.
