[-sobs- IT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY! It didn't have to be that way. Light was learning to love him. -cries her heart out- I still wonder if he'd have taken back the order to kill him if he'd had the chance, after that scene... It was horrible. But this is not the thread for that. I am horribly sad right now. THAT'S IT. THIS BETTER END WITH THE ADORABLE BONDING MOMENT LIKE RYUSAKI AND LIGHT OR I'LL KILL SOMEONE.]

[I'll admit it. I was way more upset when Light died in the last episode. I worshiped him. I still do. Yes, I'm a Kira supporter. No, that doesn't make me immoral, it makes me amoral. But this episode... When L died... I died... A part of me really died.]

Draco remained silent as he stared out towards the grounds. No one saw things his way and he couldn't explain it. He didn't want to be in a place where he constantly fucked up, but he didn't want to be somewhere where Pansy wasn't. He thought he was being selfish for keeping Pansy attached to him when he constantly abused their relationship. He thought jumping, dying, would free her from the chains that bound them to one another. He looked back at Severus, a look of confusion still on his face. He didn't understand why he still cared after what had happened. His gaze fell to the hand outstretched to him and he pondered whether he should just let himself fall back off the ledge or take the hand. What would Pansy want? This entire time, Draco was acting on what he thought was best for her. Maybe if he tried to see it from her perspective....He closed his eyes and thought for a moment. He leaned back slightly and stumbled, but quickly regained balance and took Severus' hand to jump down. He let go as soon as they landed, still feeling awkward about the events that had happened between them. He still didn't know how to respond to everything. He shivered in the cold and ran a hand through his drenched hair, "I - I need to find her..." He looked up and around, rather quickly, "I need to talk to her...I need to do something..."

Severus let out the breath he didn't know he was holding, his eyes shining with tears as Draco took his hand and jumped off the ledge with him. He stared at him in silence as he ran his fingers through the silvery blonde hair, shocked at what had nearly just happened. He hadn't realized quite how much he cared about his friend until this moment, and it disturbed him that someone like him could even consider doing such a terrible thing to themselves. He nodded silently at his words, heading towards the door to the castle and beckoning for him to follow. "You need to go to her. But at least dry off first," he said, conjuring a towel for him.

Draco followed and stood at the doorway, shooting one more glance at the ledge of the tower. He turned and took the towel from Severus' hand, embracing the silence between them for once. He mumbled, "Thanks..." There wasn't much else he felt needed to be sad. Thanks for not letting me kill myself. Thanks for giving me a towel. Thanks for being there when stupid Mudbloods act like they know everything and you defend me. It was the only word he could think of to express his gratitude for everything. He dried off his hair first and then used his own wand to summon a new jacket. He slipped his arms in the sleeves, letting out a sigh of relief at the warmth. What had he been thinking? He didn't know. At the time, it had seemed like the solution to everything. Now, it just seemed silly, "I have no idea where she is," He groaned, "Have you seen her?"

[Amethyst, I don't think he's going to magically go as far as to ACTUALLY reenact the scene, even if he knew how it went. Poor Ryusaki. I wonder if Light ever actually realized that Ryusaki was gay and in love with him. He's a genius, but he's a stupid genius. Also, that scene was completely fanservice. I know the writers were all NO IT'S A BIBLICAL REFERENCE LIKE HALF THE SHIT IN THIS SHOW ARE but please, the way Light was moaning at his touch? Bullshit. Not that I'm complaining. Though I guess I do see the whole Jesus washing the feet of Judas before his betrayal... Still. They totally made Ryusaki/Raito canon in that scene.]
