"Why are you so smug about this?" Pansy asked him, shutting her book and turning to look at him, raking her hair back behind her ear. "One minute you're pissed at me for the sake of your friend, the next you're smirking at me like you're enjoying this." Somehow, she managed to keep her voice level, but it probably couldn't stay that way long.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"Oh now now, I was never really pissed with you, rather a bit annoyed. And Blaise is a big boy, who knows how to handle himself. It's much too fun to resist taking the mickey out of you," he answers. "Plus, my mood has increased tenfold and I don't feel like bitching at you. Though it seems you have no problem bitching at me Panslut."

Pansy's hands curled into fists, but she slowly forced herself to relax, straightening her fingers out again. She took a deep breath, but let it out too quickly. Panslut, really? She bit down on her lip and opened her book again, forcing herself to ignore it. It wasn't worth fighting over. That was just what he wanted, to get her heated up. Too bad it had already worked. "That's great you're so happy," she mumbled, flipping the pages of her book.

"Well thank you," Scorpius replies. "I'm sure that in due time you will find happiness again. It all depends on the choices that you make these next few days," he says propping his legs on the table in front of him.

[I guess this'll be right before I go up to talk to Gellert, which I'm doing right now.]

Regulus walks in, shirt in hand and dripping with sweat. He sees Scorpius on the couch with the girl from this morning, and nods curtly to her, before turning to Scorp with a smile. "Hey, Malfoy," he said in greeting, dropping into a nearby chair, tired.

"Wow, thanks for your brilliant advice." Pansy sneered at him, turning back to her book. She glanced up as Reg came in and nodded back at him.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"No problem love," Scorpius replies with a smirk. He stiffens when Regulus comes in, but decides to remain civil and friendly, at least until the guy truly provoked Faye. "Hello Regulus," he greets.

"What's up?" he asked. "I looked for you earlier before I headed down to the pitch, but I didn't see you, so I just went on without you," he said, propping the broom up against the chair.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"Sorry, I was with Faye," he answers, trying to keep his tone as light as possible. "I suppose we'll have to try playing some other time."

Pansy rolled her eyes and pulled her book closer on her lap. Boys and their Quidditch talk.

Flint walks in and sits down seeing two guys. One is Scorp and the other he does not know. He gives them both the sup nod and say's to Scorp "Sup Scorp" He looks at the other guy and said "Hey I'm Marcus."

"Faye? Oh, right, she does know you," he said, remembering Faye mentioning him and Gellert the other day. Although, she'd been more than a little upset with Scorpius, judging by her tone that day as well.

What am I, invisible? Not like it matters. She kicked her legs up on the table in front of the couch, turning the page boredly, glad that maybe Scorpius was done talking to her. He always managed to make her feel guilty, whether that was what he intended or not.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"Hello Flint," Scorpius says before snapping his gaze back to Regulus. "Yes, I do know Faye rather well and would appreciate it if you'd back off a bit," he finds himself saying before he can stop himself.

Reg waves to the newcomer. "I'm Regulus," he said, turning back to Scorpius. "Huh? What do you mean? We were only hanging out," he said, misunderstanding him.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"Right," he sighs,. "Just, tone it down a bit. No need to be an arse with her," he says running a hand through his hair.

[Gabriel Djinn Whiteraven]

Djinn's Shadow crawled along the ceiling, watching the people below.

"Huh? What're you talking about? I was perfectly nice to her yesterday, thanks," he said, irritated that his efforts to be less of an asshole had apparently gone unnoticed.

Something moving above caught Pansy's eye, and she glanced to the ceiling to see a shadow. She pressed her eyebrows together, wondering what it was, hoping desperately it wasn't something like a lethifold. Those things were terrifying.

[Scorpius Malfoy]

"Really?" he asks a bit surprised. "She didn't mention it. Just, please resist from being an arse and calling her a 'mudblood'. There's no need to insult her or her blood status," he says with a sense of finality. "You okay over there Panslut? You're awfully quiet."

[Guest]

Regulus fixed him with a cold look. "I don't see the need to refrain from calling her what she is. But as I said earlier, I was perfectly civil with her yesterday, and I did not, by any means, do so much as mention her blood status," he replied.

[Pansy Parkinson-Malfoy]

"Hm?" Pansy turned from glancing at the ceiling back to Scorpius. "I'm fine," she muttered blankly. She briefly noted they were talking about someone's blood status, but found that she didn't really care. Some girl she wasn't sure she'd ever met.
