Fabian had never wanted to slap Viktor more. Not when he was an asshole, not when he kissed him, nor when he kissed him AGAIN, but now. "I can SEE that," he growled. "Why? What did you do to it?"

Fabian's anger melted at the sad Viktor and he scooted in a bit. "Viktor..." he said quietly. "I've been a bad friend, haven't I? I mean, I haven't let you talk about it, or anything... I only distracted you..." he looked at his hands. "I'm... I'm sorry. But... If you want to talk, I'll listen, you know? Because... I'm here for you and everything."

"There's not much to say," he said looking down. "Regulus is gone. He made a stupid decision. That's it." He looks up at Fabian with sad, puppy dog eyes. "I loved him Fabian."

Fabian didn't say anything because he was Fabian Prewett and he's bad with words. So, he looks at Viktor, whose eyes are kind of depressing, and did the first thing he could think of and kissed him. While it wasn't the best kiss in the world, he thinks, without Viktor's scratchy goatee and the surprise of being kissed by a boy, it's better than their first two kisses.

For a split second Viktor is shocked by Fabian's lips against him, but he quickly remembers what Dom and Sirius said about distractions and kisses Fabian back. Trying to push the thoughts of Regulus out of his head, he set a hand on Fabian's leg and deepened the kiss, gently pushing his tongue through Fabian's lips to taste his sweet mouth, which wasn't like Regulus' at all. He pulled Fabian closer without breaking the kiss. Regulus was gone. He had his drugs. Viktor didn't need him anymore, even if his heart still wished Regulus was here with him instead of Fabian.

Fabian is a bit surprised that Viktor deepens the kiss, but doesn't dare break it. Hopefully, this meant that Viktor was being distracted. Fabian pulls away after a minute or so and can't quite meet Viktor's eyes. He doesn't bother to notice how his stomach is doing that flippy thing again, or how his heart seems to have soared into his throat. Instead, he looks at the library carpet and bites his lip. "So..."

Viktor stared at Fabian, unsure of what to say. That kissed helped at the time but he still missed Regulus. He was pretty sure Fabian wouldn't want to hear him mope about Regulus after that though so he just decided to not bring it up. It'd be better for both of them. "The library isn't so bad, is it now?" he asked with his sexy smirk.

Fabian visibly shuddered. "Ugh. I hate this place," he said. "Gideon called it... Oh, what was it? Bio... Bibi... Biliphobia or something..." he said, referring to his fear of books.
