London?!?! lucky........ Most of my friends are HP fans, but they're not quite as... er... not obsessed... *searches for right word* as I am... a couple of my friends joined this site [the old one] but one friend said I was a "freak" for believing all this stuff.. [she has no imagination, haha] and the other one didn't get it.. at all. And then the rest are fans of the series-that-must-not-be-named. PoA film is one of my favorites!!!!!!! Very Happy I liked the last two, and then the Prisoner of Azkaban, then the GoF, then everything else.. haha. I got the British version of the books to get rid of that stupid "Sorcerer's Stone" thing, and I'm reading the 5th. [I live in Iowa]. Not rereading. Because I haven't read the British version of the books before. hehe Very Happy

I have never read the American ones, you will have to tell me how different they are, if at all. I have never understood the title change tbh. I can't wait for DH part one to be realised, I will be at the first screaning, it is my aim. Smile

They're not that different, it's just slight spelling differences and grammatical things... like "." indicate quotes rather than '.' They changed the title because "Americans won't go for something that sounds educational". That made me sooo mad.... Americans are not dumb.... just some. XD

Nothing that intresting then, I was wondering if they had tampered with bits of the book. I would not be happy with that, I am proud of all my books hardback first editions, that have been read so much that they need replacing.
