Regulus walks out to the lake, and spots Viktor along with some other guy he doesn't know. Trying desperately not to twitch with jealousy, he walks over to Krum, reminding himself that other people can see them, so he can't do anything stupid. "Hey Viktor."

Regulus bursts out laughing at the term 'locker buddy,' and more so as he so casually threatened him. He liked this guy already. "Hello, Tolga, I'm Regulus, and I have no intentions of hurting Viktor, so there will be no need for homicide or torture," he said with a grin.
