Where/How do we correct these grammar errors?

OKAY.

IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT SOME (meaning a lot) USERS (I will not name names because I love you all) HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT THIS LITTLE SYMBOL DOES.

QUESTION MARKS ARE BEING IGNORED.

Example 1:

"Do you want to go with me to Hogsmeade on Saturday." he asked.
"Sure. What time should we meet."

WRONG!

Example 2:

"Do you want to go with me to Hogsmeade on Saturday?" he asked.
"Sure. What time should we meet?"

RIGHTO!

-skips in- Rose is becoming friends with a lot of the people who are most guilty of grammar mistakes, as I am trying to get people more involved, and Rose is just that kind of person. BUT I cannot stand the mistakes. SO whether or not I can be in the squad, I will be correcting grammar and spelling with people I am rping with.
