Penny thought she might throw up again this was killing her. "This can work I know it can! As long as you and Marcus aren't constantly at each others throats, he can still be a father! I can't lose you Cormac!" she was begging now and she didn't care

Penny finally got her ass off the couch and walked over to him, spinning him around. "It HAS to!" she could feel tears running down her face as she grabbed him and kissed him, trying to convey every emotion she was feeling into that kiss

Cormac grabbed her arms and pushed her back. "Penny." Cormac took another step back. "I have some thinking to do." He stepped to her and took of her her hands in both of his hands. "We both have a lot of growing up to do Penny. We can't be fighting like this."

she finally broke down, sobbing, and wrapped her arms around herself. she shut her eyes tightly and slowly backed away from him.

Cormac didn't know what to do. He loved Penny truly. He knew she had to be with Marcus for this baby. So, he did what he thought needed to be done. "You're pathetic." Cormac said to her as he turned around to leave. He needed to be mean to get her away. It was the only way.
