Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Despite the fact it meant he'd escaped, James was too busy snickering at his body dully thunking to the ground to worry much about Snape turning his wand on him. His eyebrow shot up for a moment, but the expelliarmus hit him and his wand flew from his hand. Diving quickly after it, the petrifying charm only managed to nick his shoulder, causing his right arm to go rigid, but that was all. Regardless, he had to pick up his wand with his left hand, and by then Snivellus was already running back to the castle. Probably to cry to his precious girlfriends. James sighed and unfroze his arm, heading off to wander the grounds a while longer before going back into the castle for dinner.

Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Caradoc walks out to a secluded spot by the lake, grinning like a loon on loon tablets as he sits down under a tree, as he waits for his boyfriend to arrive.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Fabian is just walkin' around when ohmygod, it's CARADOC! Who would've believed it? He greams, bounds over, and flings his arms around Caradoc's neck. "Well hello there," he said. "Fancy seeing you here."
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Caradoc greams even wider than Fabian if possible, and slings his arms around his boyfriend's waist as he happily plants a kiss on his cheek. "Fabian! I've missed you, so damn much," he exclaimed, not caring how whipped he sounds. "And you look as beautiful as ever today, by the way. What've you been up to?" he asked, pulling Fabian onto his lap and kissing him lightly on the lips.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Cissa is very sorry for the late response, but her brother was being very distracting, so it's really his fault.
"Nothing much," he said, giggling as Caradoc pulled him on to his lap. His face fell suddenly and he looked at Caradoc very seriously. "Caradoc, I just giggled. Do you realize what this means?" He paused, not waiting for an answer. "You have reduced me to a giggler. I sound like a girl now, and it is entirely and completely your fault. And maybe those fashion magazines I've been reading lately. Those, too." He pouted and put his hands on his hips. "I hope you're happy with yourself."

EOWYN IS SNEAKING ON AND IS MAD THAT HER POST GOT DELETED ARGH. I'll be on for the night soon.
Caradoc burst out laughing and hugged Fabian close, still chuckling as he leaned down and kissed him on the forehead, apparently unable to satisfy his urge to kiss Fabian as much as humanely possible in under a minute. "You know what I think of that? I think that for one thing, it's definitely the magazines' fault. I think that for another, it's kind of adorable. I also think that there are very few things in the world that are more attractive than pouting, stubborn Fabian, so you know," he teased, reaching up and caressing Fabian's cheek lightly. "But I've got something that'll make you feel better. I officially know the difference between teal and turquoise, and I've decided to learn at least two new colors before each time that I see you."

Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
"I can think of something," Fabian said with a grin as he bopped Caradoc on the nose. "You're pretty attractive yourself, mister." He took one of Caradoc's hands into his own and began playing with it idly, tracing over the lines and intertwining their fingers. "Are you serious?!" He asked, all activity with Caradoc's hand stopped. "Oh my god, Caradoc!" He planted a kiss happily on the other man's lips. "You're amazing, did you know that? Honestly, what man would learn the difference between colors just to make his boyfriend happy? An awesome one, in case you were wondering. And I'll ignore the fact that teal and turquoise are two rather different colors and that you should therefore have learned the difference by now, but I'm just glad you're trying. It's cute."
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
"But I just love seeing you happy, silly. And if I have to learn every goddamn shade of pink in the world to see that grin of yours lighting up your face, then to hell with it, I'll do it," he replied, his blue eyes bright and wide as he grinned down at Fabian, loving the feel of the other man's hands entwined with his own. "Is it cute? I'll have to fix it. Perhaps I should stop, I can't have you going around telling everyone how cute I am, it's quite emasculating, and with you reading all your poofter magazines, one of us has to make up for you lack of manliness-- and after all, I wouldn't want to lose the rights to wear Old Spice, because my darling boyfriend has turned me into a cute, harmless puppy. I shall simply have to engage in extremely masculine acts, like grunting and taking up as much room as possible on a couch, or flexing and growling at anyone who tries to check you out," he joked, reaching up to entangle one hand in Fabian's soft, shiny locks of hair that he'd come to love so much already.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Fabian looked up at Caradoc with a look of complete astonishment. "Pink? You would even learn pink for me? Oh, Caradoc. You're too sweet, really. But, honestly, I wouldn't like you any other way." He said, planting a quick kiss on the other man's jawline. "And you know I adore you, but if you start belching and asking me for a sandwich, I will crack an egg on your head. Which, by the way, totally dries your hair out. And we wouldn't want that, would we?" He asked innocently. "And I like you being a cute puppy! Puppies are so cute and cuddly and you just want to hug them. Well, depending on the dog. I personally can't stand those tiny yappy ones, but I feel bad for them. You know, being forced and shoved into holiday sweaters, stuffed into purses. Must be an awful existence. But I digress." He pouted once more, realizing what Caradoc had said. "Hey, wait a minute! I'm not that much of a poofter! Honestly. At least I don't go around with a pink scarf!" He said seriously. "That is where I draw the line. I mean, winter scarves? Sure! But those satin little wannabe-neckties-turned-fifties? No. Gross. Insult to poofters and real scarves everywhere."
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
"Of course I'd learn pink for you, silly. Anything for you," he said cheesily, smiling contentedly as Fabian plants a kiss on him. "Hey! I don't belch that loudly, thanks, and I only belch when I drink beer or soda anyway," he said, pouting playfully. "But but but-- but Fabian, I love sammiches! And we all know I can't cook or put any kind of food together, either. I can't make myself sammiches, and now you won't make me any? I suppose I'll just have to starve, then, all sad and alone," he teased, before snorting with laughter at Fabian's opinion of scarves. "You are a complete poofter, but it's why I adore you. I wouldn't adore you half as much if you weren't so clearly on the path to being fabulous, after all," he declared, wrapping his arms around Fabian's waist again as he thought about Fabian in a Gryffindor winter scarf, which he imagines would look rather like this GIF that is always somehow on my Tumblr dash.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
"Caradoc, I believe you have forgotten that there is a reason Molly makes all my food, and that is because I am an awful cook. Like, seriously. Awful. And I eat anything, although I suppose that's not a bad thing." He smiled. "So, even if I wanted to, I wouldn't really be able to make you a sandwich." He paused and looked at the sky for a moment, lost in thought. "Do you remember that time in the kitchens?" He asked. "When we tried to make something together? That... Was a mess. And your sandwich would probably resemble that mess. Only worse, because I would also dislike to make it." He raised his eyebrows at Caradoc. "Well, I am pretty fabulous. Although I should hope I'm not that flamboyant... Right? Right." He smiled widely. "So, I don't think I've asked you what you've been up to. May I ask what?"
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
"Oh my god, that was so much fun, even if it was disastrous! You know, I was just telling my friend about that yesterday," he laughed, thinking about his conversation with Rolf. "Me? I've been mostly hanging out with friends, and bragging about you, honestly. I think if I keep this up, they're going to duct tape my mouth shut, I swear, I've been babbling about you forever," he admitted, grinning as he kissed Fabian lightly on the cheek. "Ew, we are disgustingly cute. It's revolting, actually, but so wonderful. But yeah, I've spent some time catching up with Remus Lupin, and then of course my friend Nikki, and Viktor and his boyfriend Rolf-- he's the one I told about our lovely incident in the kitchens. Oh! He's said that sometime, he and Viktor shall be putting together a meal, so we can all hang out together. Apparently the two of them are great cooks, which is apparently where all the talent we lack in the kitchen went. It's just not fair," he laughed.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
[ONLY FOR YOU, DARLING <3]
Fabian felt a swell of pride and affection at the thought of being bragged about. He greamed and wrapped his arms around Caradoc's neck. "You're too cute," he commented, staring into Caradoc's sapphire blue eyes. "I can honestly admit to never thinking about you being one of those cutesy-romantic types. Is it wrong to feel proud in being the person who gets to see you being all cute and romantic and stuff?" He leaned into Caradoc's chest. "Good cooks? I'll definitely have to meet them, then. Like a double date? Sounds fun, regardless. Although, I hope they don't take one look at me as I eat and say 'Ew, that Fabian Prewett, what a pig.' I am a bit of a pig when I eat, you know." He smirked. "And, while they might have taken the cooking skills, we totally took the hair. I mean, look at this." He flipped his hair dramatically. "No competition. We totally have the better hair."

Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
[YAY! *happy squeal*]
Caradoc laughed and nuzzled Fabian's neck happily, not even caring if someone were to walk by and see this nauseatingly adorable scene. "You really are the only one who could ever do this to me, I'm sure of it, Fabian," he murmured happily, running his fingers through Fabian's soft hair again. "And I couldn't care less if you're a pig when you eat, because trust me, I'm worse," he snorted, and Eowyn dies of laughter every time Dean Winchester stuffs his face in a disgustingly Ron-Weasley-esque manner. "Oh, please, there was never any doubt we have the nicer hair. Viktor doesn't even have hair, after all. But even if we were talking about, like, Sirius Black, who has totally nice hair, you would so win hands down. There is just no question that you obviously have the nicest hair at Hogwarts, and you know what, I get to touch it, whenever I damn well want, so ha!" he said happily, twirling it around his fingers. "It's just as beautiful as the rest of you, after all-- oh my god that was so cheesy I'm gonna vomit, please, can we do something else, other than sit here and be repulsive? I'm meeting my chick flick moments quota for the rest of my fucking life in the last five minutes alone. How about we go for a walk?" he suggested, scooping Fabian up into his muscular arms, and promptly standing up, cradling his boyfriend with a mischievous grin. "Or you know, I could just carry you off and kidnap you, and take you to my dorm where I just handcuff you to the bedpost so you can never leave. I never see enough of you! We should just spend more time."

Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Draco walked down here with Pansy and Max jumping around them, his fur already speckled with the white snow. Draco had his arm around her shoulders but then let go to lean down and pack a snowball before throwing it for Max to chase. The dark dog leapt through the snow to try to find it and Draco had to laugh.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Pansy laughed and pushed Draco on the arm. "Now that's just cruel, sending him after a piece of snow that disappears into all the rest of the snow." She leaned down to ruffle Max's ears as he bounded back toward her, finally having given up on searching for the magical disappearing ball. "You'll confuse my poor dog!"
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Draco laughed and pulled her into his arms after she had ruffled Max's ears. "At least it gets him running around." Before she could stop him he packed another ball, let Max sniff it then sent it flying away towards the forest. "He doesn't mind. Your little crazy puppy." He laughed and gave her a kiss, trying not to get too distracted from the original goal of playing with the dog.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Pansy narrowed her eyes at him, laughing slightly as he threw another snowball. She shook her head as Max took off after it again, and just hoped the day would come that he wouldn't fall for that trick any longer. Smiling, she turned back to look at him, meeting his kiss and wrapping her arms around his neck. But it wasn't long before Max was back, bounding up to them and leaping with all of his puppy self into them, knocking Pansy off her feet, and onto the ground, dragging Draco along with her. "Max!"
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Draco didn't see Max coming and all of a sudden he was flat on his back in the snow, Pansy half on top of him and he couldn't stop laughing. "Smooth Max, really smooth." He laughed as the puppy stood on top of him and looked down at him, his expression saying 'this is what happens'. Draco ruffled the dog's fur and chuckled then leaned over to kiss Pansy again, knowing that he couldn't keep her down here too long because she would freeze.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
This is what happens. This is what happens. Pansy laughed and pushed Max off her, starting to sit up a little before Draco had managed to lean over and kiss her again. She leaned back on her elbows in the snow, kissing him lightly as Max pranced laps around them, barking occasionally at his distaste of being ignored.
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
Draco grabbed some snow and chucked it in the air to distract Max and continued to kiss her, trying not to get snow inside any of their clothing. After a few minutes Max managed to jam himself between them and Draco pulled away laughing, "Okay Max, I get it." He pulled a real ball from his pocket and tossed it, "There you go boy."
Re: A Secluded Spot by the Lake
A smile broke out across Pansy's face as Max squeezed in between them. "Someone's still easily jealous." She glanced back at Draco, looking happily at his slightly pink and swollen lips before kissing him on the cheek and getting up, taking the ball from Max as he brought it back to her, throwing it as far as she could across the open ground.
