Harry walks down to the lake with a smile on his face and a bounce in his step. He sees Padma and his smile got even bigger! (if that's even possible) He called out. "Padma!! Oh! What a gorgeous day! How are you??"

"I'm good," Padma said, looking at Harry's exuberance and wondering if he'd been given another love potion. "How are you today?"

"Good! Oh I'm TERRIFIC! You wouldn't believe what happened last night..." Harry sighed and leaned against the nearest tree

"That's great... what happened?" Padma asked. This time he seemed genuinely happy, but you could never tell for sure.

"Well...I met this girl.." He noticed the look on Padma's face and said quickly "No! It isn't a love potion this time! She's the one! I know it! I've never felt this way about anyone else before...love potion or not."

"OK, good," Padma said, relaxing a little. "Love at first sight, eh? What's her name? What house is she in?"

"Yeah! Andy told me he didn't think that could happen! But it did! Her name is Dramione..Drammy for short..and urm..Slytherin..but she's not like most slytherins!!! She's different! She said both her parents were in Gryff!"

Padma had conjured up a bowl of ~~strawberries~~ grapes to munch on. She barely had the first one in her mouth when Harry said "Slytherin". She gagged and swallowed the grape quickly. "S-S-Sly-ly-lytherin?" she choked.

Harry's face fell...he KNEW Padma wouldn't like this... "Y-Yeah...Slytherin...but I told you! She's different!! I don't forget I was almost in Slytherin! She said she was almost in Hufflepuff! It's not THAT horrible!" Harry reached out and took one of Padma's delicious looking grapes.

"I'm surprised a Slytherin didn't have something against you," Padma remarked calmly. "I don't have anything against Slytherins, they're pretty awesome, but I figured they'd have a problem with you." She grinned. "But that's great you found someone! Just- does Ginny know yet?" She hated to keep bringing Ginny up, but she still firmly believed that Harry was meant to be with Ginny.

"Oh no...Drammy loves me back! We're perfect for each other! It shouldn't matter what house we're in..." Harry raised his eyebrows in surprise at Padma's mention of Ginny. "Well..urm..noo I doubt she knows..but that doesn't matter! I'm happy with Drammy...You have to meet her sometime!!! Andy too! Smile

Harry laughed happily...soo glad that Padma was fine with the whole love at first sight AND Slytherin thing..."Aw! Why not! It sounds like fun!"

"Well..." Padma shrugged, remembering her last encounter with Andrew. "I think we need some alone time, to be honest," she said.

"What?! Why?? What's going on with you two?" Harry said remembering the last conversation he had with Andy there was something bothering him too...

"Nothing!" Padma exclaimed hastily. "He just... I don't know! He just seemed really bored of me the last time I saw him, almost like he wanted to be with some other girl, other than me." She shrugged. "It's probably just my paranoia."

"Yeah you're wrong...I was just talking to him and he felt the same way you do...you're probably both just thinking it's too good to be true...everything is fine though....seriously!"

"How gently let down," Padma joked. "That's good, at least. I dunno, though. Enough time with my sister has taught me to be suspicious of some people after a while." Shrugging, she ate another grape, whose existence I had forgotten.

"Please don't let your sister rub off on you! There's a reason your my best friend and she isn't! Seriously! You both love each other with all your hearts and so don't worry about it!!!" Harry sighed and also ate another grape.

"Yes, but she's my sister," Padma protested. "I guess I'll just have a frank discussion about it with Andrew. But seriously, if he exhibits any signs of what Parvati talks about sometimes, he might be gone. I'd take her advice over yours- no offense, Harry," she added, grinning.

Padma looked at Harry uncomfortably. "Er, well, how to tell a guy is cheating on you... Umm... Look here, I'm not going into details with you!" she sighed, exasperated. Harry was a wonderful friend, but this was girl stuff. He wouldn't care, or pick up the signs.

Harry snorted. "Andy?! Cheating on you?!? You've got to be kidding...really! Sometimes I can't believe you're related to that sister of yours..." He grabbed another grape and stuffed it in his mouth.
