His eyes went big and he stared at her in shock for a minute before talking. "You're what? Wait...We what? You and I...what?" he says extremely confused.

Marcus sat up straight on the couch, pulling his feet off the table in shock. "Wh--What did you just say?" he asks thinking he better have been hearing things because you DO NOT call Marcus Flint's girlfriend a slutface to him.
