He grinned at her and pressed his lips against hers, pulling her closer to him, removing the space that was between them and not answering because she knew the answer was no yes.

He smiled slightly, I mean, technically he wasn't lying, he was going to wait a little bit longer. He leaned forward and kissed her gently and nodded. "I promise Penny."

Regulus walks in looking disgruntled but rather pretty, with his nicely done nails, perfect hair, and his expertly applied eyeliner. He sits down on a couch with his textbook propped open in his lap, but is too grumpy to really study. He doesn't notice the mad pimpin' hottie sitting across from him.

Lucius looks up and notices the pretty boy. Well, not as pretty as Lucius. He's the official pretty boy of Hogwarts. "Studying? Why does everyone do that these days. I'm bored, and I'd rather not watch people read a book all day," he says dully, mostly to himself but hoping Regulus will talk to him because he's really fucking bored.

Regulus smiles a little and slams the book shut, placing it neatly on the table in front of him, glad for some company, even if he's rarely spoken to Lucius. I bet Reg folds all his ties. Yup. "Agreed. Can't focus on it anyway. I can't wait until these O.W.L.s are over- but I guess, you're a seventh year right? So you've got N.E.W.T.s to study for, I suppose."
